Excellent! A small shop, modest, clean and bright. The owner was obviously a pro - he handled my watches with ease, simply using his hands to snap and rin and back cover on and spotted a tiny bend in the hour eye by eyesight alone. Service was fast, and $70 to two Fossil watches was a fair price. When I asked if I should go acrylic, mineral or sapphire for the crystal, he note these fossil watches were not higher end, and thus not to spend the money. Honesty! Wow! I will refer to and use again for my valuable 1950s Longines watches.

I didn’t have a good experience I came to get a necklace fixed and it was still broken when I attempted to wear it the first time. I had to return it t be fixed again which required another week. He didn’t seem concerned and wasn’t customer focused. I won’t return here.

Big shout out to Sam ? Went to his store today to see if he could fix my daughters new 14k gold bangle bracelet. The clasp had bent and he was so Sweet and honest about what happen to it. And hardly charged me nothing.$20 that’s it ??So Thank you again Sam!!!! I will definitely recommend him. And… I called him first and he was very helpful over the phone too!!!Thank Nancy F

My Figaro bracelet clasp had broken and I didn’t feel like making a trip to ziedmans for a clasp so I tried this place out up the street from my house and could be happier with the way it turned out.

Talked to somebody about getting a link taken out my watch. Drove 20 minutes there when I got there the door was locked and nobody was working. Called multiple times somebody pulled up and said he would be back in 5 minutes 15 minutes later nobody so I left. It was 3 o clock on a Tuesday!

Great and fast service. I brought in 6 watched to change batteries on, a couple of them are expensive and I was nervous to let anybody work on them. Sam did a great job of a good price! Will definitely be coming back.

Had a great experience! Took my watch in to have two links removed and purchased a beautiful bracelet. The owner was professional and very nice to talk to. Did the watch very quickly and made sure it fit me the way I wanted it to.

Fast service but make sure to get a price estimate on the phone before going in, even if he tells you he needs to check it in person and cannot give you an exact price. I ended up getting charged $40 just for him to remove links from 2 watches and add a 25 cent spring bar which took him less than 10 minutes. If I knew this I would have went to another place in a heartbeat. Considering most places do this for way cheaper I felt a bit scammed honestly.
