The owner was extremely nice on the phone. I am looking for a place to store a twenty four foot trailer. His price was between $75.00 and $90.00 per month. This is fair. He is a ways from my house and a friend of mine said to call him because he thought the price would be closer to $50.00. An excellent deal at fifty. If you live in the area I think he would be a good solution for your storage needs.

Keith is extremely knowledgeable on all things boats. He was able to tell us the exact issue with our motor, what caused it, and how to best prevent issues in the future. Has a great facility for storage. Would definitely recommend.

Keith is a great guy. I called to get information about storing a boat there and ended up asking his opinion on a boat I was getting ready to go look at. He was able to provide me a tonnnn of information and guide me in the right direction. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Keith is Great. Fixed my boat same day while I grabbed lunch. I read the negative reviews and these people just don’t know how to drive. Plenty of room to move my 50 foot boat and car. I vouch for Keith he’s a good man straight shooter.

Stored my Rv here for 2 years out of necessity. Would not recomend I had much damage done to my trailer by other tenants moving their rv. This was not intentionally done but sites are so small if you have a large truck and 30' or more RV extremly difficult to park. Owner not to concerned his main business is boat repair, and storage. I would let him pursue that. Cost me over 2 years $2000 in repairs. He is cheap but you get what you pay for. Site all grass and dirt not maintained well gets real muddy.

Very, very crowded, hardly enough room to move a 30ft travel trailer to park once for storage, let alone pull in and out during the season. My buddy had no choice but to damage his travel trailer that get it out, scraped the side pretty bad on a old, obviously abandoned enclosed trailer. No remote gate entry system, gotta call the manager to get in and out and he is always busy, but he does try, and is friendly enough...location is their only real advantage. We went elsewhere.

Convenient and affordable outdoor storage. There is ample room here for large RVs and big boats. The prices are fair. The owner is patient, communicates well, and treated me very fairly. I do not believe this facility is under video surveillance, but it is very secure. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for short or long-term storage.

If you have a piece of junk and are planing on leaving it there not taking it out of the yard you my not loose your spot. Every time I took my rv out of the yard my spot was taken. I never received a call from the owner. When he rented out my spot that I paid for in advance. I don't recomend this storage yard.
