Was lied to about monthly bill manager couldn't explain why after she sold me on the phone and service.. tried charging me 340.00 dollars for a month. I DONT RECOMMEND coming here at all....

If you're anywhere near this area, come here and avoid the White Lake store. Tricia was awesome, she helped straighten out a mess that the White Lake store created. I had to go back into a store after the corporate AT&T phone service team wasn't able to help. I explained what had happened to Tricia who was able to sort it all out. Honestly, 5++ stars for Tricia.

my trade-in was returned in NOV,(WITHIN THE 30DAY TIME FRAME),THIS STORE EMPLOYEE INSISTED I DID NOT NEED ANY PAPERWORK. BUT HE NEVER ACTUALLY RETURNED THE PHONE!!!IT WAS FOUND MONTHS LATER (IN A SAFE)-THEY RETURNED IT AT THAT TIME-NOW AT&T WILL NOT HONOR THE PROMOTION I WAS ORIGINALLY PROMISED, DUE TO "FAILURE TO EXCHANGE OLD PHONE WITHIN 30 DAY TIME FRAME". SO NOW, A SR. CITIZEN ,ON A FIXED INCOME, IS STRUGGLING TO PAY A $125.41/MO PHONE BILL, WHEN IT SHOULD'VE BEEN ,AN EVEN TRADE, PAY FOR MONTHLY SERVICE/+ INSURANCE......TALK ABOUT TAKING ADVANTAGE, BY THE WAY, SEVERAL PHONES WERE IN THAT SAFE!!!!!!CHECK YOUR BILLS PPL, IF YOU RETURNED A PHONE TO THIS STORE!!!!!
