If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This location has been nothing but rude to me. They bought the book of business from a previous AAA agent (which included my policy) and did not give any corespondance that had happened. My first interaction was with Tammy who was very rude and gave me every excuse to not talk to a superior when she did not have the answers I was looking for. When I decided to come into the branch to talk face to face, I was greeted by a very agitated and already aggressive woman named Cassandra. She had my information already on her desk ready to berate me with questions to validate their shortfalls as agents. Every time I tried to speak she would cut me off and asked me an irrelevant question. This began to upset me as I don't deal well with confrontation, so I began to get upset and almost cry. She then proceeded to say, "ma'am, I have a daughter your age and crying isn't going to get you what you want." Mind you, I merely wanted to discuss why I was told one thing by one agent and then something totally different from Tammy. To which I was told, she would not comment on a conversation I had with one of her agents, therefore taking no accountability. She was very aggressive and rude the whole time. Please avoid the hassle and stay away from this branch. They do not treat their policy holders with any respect or kindness. I will be removing my policy from their location as soon as possible. My identity was stolen from this location as well, so their agency is clearly not trustworthy. I would rate the customer service as a 0.

AAA INSURANCE and this agency is a pure scam. Service keeps going down and the prices keep going up and up.

AAA has gone downhill over the years and has only increased its prices. Horrible people overcharging for their "legal" scam.

Was with AAA through Mr. Wallace for years until he switched me to his daughters branch without my knowledge and everything went downhill from there.

I was with another insurance company and my rate was to high when I called Chelsea at AAA she beat that rate and switched me over I highly recommend this AAA office they are very respectful and welcoming thank you Chelsea and the crew.

I was not very happy with AAA and I was going to switch to a different Insurance Company. After working with Chelsea her customer service was awesome and she was able to deal with all of the issues that I was having. I have now decided to stay with AAA and I will be referring people to this location. Thank you again Chelsea for everything.
