I just moved to this area and I haven't had a slushie in YEARS and this was the worst 7-11 slushie I have ever had! Their water and ice smells and tastes awful... like bad pipes/sewage. Avoid the slushie and pop machines (ice) at all costs!
Will not be back. Zero stars for slushies!

I was just there to purchase slurpee with my toddler and she accidentally drop a cup of slurped spilled on the floor. This store clark wasn't too happy about it and start speaking a foreign language ( I'm sure he was not saying anything nice). I repeatedly apologize to him but when we were on the way out, he gave me a very nasty look. I didn't expect get this kind of reaction from over not so big slurp spilled...damn.

It seemed okay as 7-Elevens go, but, after ordering two slices of Pepperoni pizza the clerk stuffed both slices in - facing each other, in a one slice package. This seems to be a cost savings move either on the part of the corporation, which I doubt, or the stingy local operator.
In any case - if you ordered two pizzas from a pizzeria and they delivered both of them in the box on top of each other would you think the pizzeria was a good business person or an incompetent cheapskate?
Otherwise the place was midlevel disorderly, brightly lit, lots of chips and snacks.

Took my newly potty trained toddler here. She desperately needed to use the potty, and I was going to buy some snacks too.
Bathroom door said “out of order due to lock.”
I didn’t need a lock for my three year old to pee. I just needed a potty. Worker was extremely rude to me and my daughter who was crying because she needed to pee.
We obviously left without making a purchase.
It sounds like, from reading reviews, this is an ongoing issue.

I would avoid this place like the plague. Think the worst 7-11 you’ve ever been to and this place will make you run back to any other establishment. Every experience I have with who I think must be the owner is terrible. Always has an off putting comment to say to me and I don’t understand why. Especially if you’re a woman, avoid this place please at all cost.

Stopped in here during my hour long commute from work. Needed to pee and was planning on buying items after I was able to clear my head. I was rounding the corner en route to the bathroom when the bleach blonde They/Them employee very rudely snapped "OUR bathrooms aren't open to the public". I would understand this policy if the bathroom was situated in a back stock/storage area, but your bathrooms are located on the general sales floor (areas open to public). If this is truly store policy I would like to know. Ty

Just had the worst customer service interaction. I had a child who needed ketchup for a sandwich so I stopped on our way to look for ketchup. I couldn't find a condiment bottle but found a couple ketchup packets. As I was looking for some gum or something to buy to figure out how to "buy" the 2 ketchup packets that I needed, "Ron" the owner starts accusing me of trying to steal the ketchup packets. I tried to explain I was looking for something to buy, but he kept harassing me telling me the ketchup packets weren't free. I was explaining I understood that, I was looking for something to buy. I asked to "buy" a hot dog but he kept harassing me. So I bought a hotdog, threw it out and took a nice handful of ketchup instead.

This is a well-run 7-Eleven with staff that busts their butts to make everything work and line keep moving. Well stocked and conveniently located right it Welch and Pontiac trail. There's Slurpee and big gulp machines are always working and kept up-to-date as far as the flavors go. When I was there last the clerk rung me up and was helping another person with lottery at the same time very efficient. Keep up the great work 7-Eleven peeps!
