I recently visited 7-Eleven Store #33421 on Haggerty Rd. in Commerce Township, MI, and unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. On Tuesday, April 9th, around 5:30 pm, I went to buy Slurpees with my toddler and decided to try out the "Scan, Pay, Go" feature in the app, which I had been told about at another location.
While I successfully used the Scan, Pay, Go feature, the trouble started when I reached the register. The sales associate, who was engaged in a phone call on his AirPods, rudely informed me that I couldn't pay that way and demanded payment again, even though I had already paid via the app and showed him the receipt and Apple Pay confirmation.
His behavior was not only dismissive but also belittling, speaking to me in an argumentative tone and refusing to accept the legitimate payment method advertised by the store itself. It was clear that there is a lack of training on app features for the associates at this location.
I left without paying an additional time, but the whole experience was frustrating and left a sour taste. Customers should not have to deal with such unprofessionalism and hostility, especially over a payment method promoted by the store. I hope management takes steps to improve training and customer service at this store.

Why when someone gets a doordash do you let ice cream sit in a bag for hours 2 times this happend to me you couldn't leave it in the freezer or grab a new one once the guy actually came ..this thru the 711 app it's actually stupid

The owners gotta pay for her 100k BMW somehow. Very rude and greedy owner. She charges people for ice even when they bring their own cup. RidiculousEdit 7-11-23 oh its right. I've called cooperate and everything already

They have a new afternoon girl and she is not friendly at all she never speaks well to certain customers I believe she just look unhappy to be at 7/11. Very disappointed in this afternoon employee she does not mix with the other great workers you have on the team I will be staying away from there until better professionalism is required again
