“Quick, Professional and done right.
We are traveling America in our truck and Rv and one of the hardest things is getting proper maintenance when you need it.
Our dealership sold us a "certifide used truck"
Which is supposed to mean that it is in ready drive safe conditions when you take it off the lot.
And it was not.
But I digress.
These guys got us in and out and they fully warranty their service so if anything goes wrong I call a phone number and I am fixed where ever I am.
No extra cost to us oart of the service.
They even gave us a fair price to upgrade to Duralast Gold brake pads.
The difference in price was so minimal it would have been stupid to not go with the best.
All and all a great experience highly recommended.”

“Great people, my car broke down and had it towed to Tri City. I thought I would have to purchase a new car cause I smelled a wire burning smell it turned out to be the starter. While they were fixing it, they noticed my valve cover gasket was leaking into one of my spark plugs. Great catch guys, would definitely recommend.”

“I brought my old beat up Dodge Grand Caravan to Jeff after someone recommended him. I took the car to Hauvere's and they quoted me $10,000 for fixes to the vehicle. Jeff assessed the vehicle, and gave helpful advice on what needed to be done. All sorted out for $900. He's honest, has great communication, reasonably priced, quick turnaround. Highly recommended. We've now taken our other car to him for repairs, and he's consistently delivered quality service and helpful advice. Don't bother with these over-priced poor communicators at Hauvere's. Support small business.”

“went for a very specific part for my car that i couldn’t find anywhere, they had it in a car there and were very friendly. i believe it was close to closing time, and they stayed a little longer to help me. great folks.”
“I called AAA to get a tow on Friday. After waiting 8 hours, I had to call and cancel because they never showed up and couldn’t provide any time.
The next day I attempted to make an appointment for a tow for Sunday. After spending another day sitting around and no tow truck, I called AAA to get an update. After a hold, I was told I was still on another tow company’s list, but no timeframe. I asked to speak to a manager. After another hold, I was informed the tow company had denied my tow request, yet I was just told I was still on their list from the first AAA agent. I explained my situation and was placed on hold. A few minutes later, the manager informed me she had found a towing company called Jeremy’s Towing who could be to me within the hour. Sure enough, less than an hour later, Aaron showed up. He was very courteous and prompt. Loaded up my truck and off it went in just over an hour total from first call to finish. I really appreciate their promptness and communication.”

“Ray was quick to respond, openly worked/communicated with me (best price and warranty combo I came across throughout my search), addressed all/any concerns I had before leaving the lot. I spent over a month looking at used Jeep Wranglers, this was vehicle was clearly attended to beautifully by its previous owners and he addressed any of the issues that needed to be fixed. Kim, the gal at the front, helped me through the paperwork signing, nervousness of a big purchase, and she is absolutely lovely. Great family feel. “The crew at Auto DR did a great job with the warranty work on my sons Volkswagen! There was a minor delay dealing with the warranty company and waiting on parts, but that's to be expected with a foreign car. Nonetheless, the guys at Auto DR handled it with professionalism and courtesy! The shop is very clean and the waiting area is clean and nice with free coffee and cold drinks. There was even a little thank you gift in the car when we picked it up! I will definitely be a repeat customer for sure!”
