Transmission replaced 2018 F150 Platinum. Excellent service. Mechanic himself took the time to call me the same day i dropped it off, gave me a few options to work with, which makes all the difference to me. Had no problems with customer service, very knowledgeable and thorough. They fit me in the same day I started having trouble. I will definitely spread the word! Thank you!!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. They raised the price by more than 1000$ after quoting the job, took much longer than agreed to finish the work and the woman at the front desk is as rude as anyone I’ve ever dealt with in a service job. They also committed fraud by having me sign a form on which they had already checked the box that says I don’t want to see the parts that were replaced in my transmission, which to me says they didn’t really replace all the parts they said they did. They didn’t ask me if I wanted the damaged components returned to me, they instead snuck that into a receipt and asked me to sign without mentioning anything about the parts. Super shady. Buyer beware.

Make sure to check nuts and bolts my parents had their transmission rebuilt now we have a vacuum leak and car won’t run right and on top of that the brand new balljoints weren’t tightened and now need to be replaced after not even 200 miles if that balljoint would have popped off depending on the circumstances it could have killed someone worst 4600$ ever spent won’t make the same mistake twice. Also called to see if there was anything we could do they said if it has nothing to do with the transmission they won’t cover it then proceed to shut me up highly don’t recommend will not be going back warranty or hot

Brian’s transmission shop is the best shop around ..they go above and beyond to diagnose the problems .. they do exceptional work … they are very reasonably on their prices as well … I just had my Ford Flex in their shop for repairs and they were quick as well … they are worth the drive ..they have the best mechanics around for sure

Go to Brian's!I was able to obtain transmission service within 48 hours. The reception service was thorough, up-beat and helpful. The drop-box allowed me to leave my truck after hours. The text platform used is convenient and easy to understand. Images and explanations were sent which better informed me of the necessary services. Their fair prices and excellent customer as well as technical service is why I'm recommending them and will always use them for future services for my truck.

Bought a truck with a transmission from them, 2004 Chevy Duramax(allison 1000) Valve body was acting up in it so I went thru trans, found a just about every valve to be stuck, Sun gear backwards, missing bearings, output shaft nut on backwards, clutch clearances way out of spec (for a low mile trans), and a few loose bolts. I don’t know full story because I didn’t have it done, but wouldn’t take anything there based on that
