I’d had “mechanics” tell me it needed a new water pump, but when I called Roy he told me he doesn’t just throw parts at a problem, he’ll make sure its properly diagnosed, and he’s as good as his word. Turned out she was leaking coolant through the intake manifold, and two pulleys needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair price, and texted me throughout the day to show progress. I can’t recommend Roy's Complete Repair enough for the honesty, integrity, and attention to detail his shop provides. Then the first week of January I had an auto accident just moved to the area was unsure where to go to have my vehicle fixed this company popped up on Google and I thought I'd give them a try, I'm so glad that I did. “I recently bought a 2010 Chevy Cobalt they had for sale and have been thrilled so far. For the age and miles, I think I got a really good deal. I knew there was going to be need some work done when we took it just for a second look, and the team gave me a fantastic deal and job on some struts and shocks. Bell Tire was trying to charge me a ridiculous amount more. The team here also told me there was some work Bell Tire said I needed done which I don't. That is honesty. They could have just done it, but they were not going to do a job which did not need to be done. Friendly, helpful, honest people. I definitely would feel safe doing more business down the road.”
“Had a loud noise under my driver's side front tire. Stopped in to see if it was safe to keep driving. Mike took it out for a test drive right away. He came back, headed into the shop and came out with a wrench. I thought he was going to check behind the tire to see what was going on. He informed me that my tire was so loose it was ready to fall off. Come to find out someone had tried to steal my tires and 3 of the 4 were very loose. I can't tell you how thankful I am to this man. I could have been stranded or hurt if the tire fell off. Once tightened the noise is gone. I gave him $30 for his time. He said $20 was good. Thank you for helping me. I can't thank you enough. You will have my business.”

“R E Creations 100% SAVED us this weekend.
We were headed to go camping and had a massive breakdown on Friday at 4:20pm. We got the truck towed to R E Creations based on a recommendation. A family member came and towed our camper to their house.
Fully expected to have to wait a week or more for repair. After explaining that I just completed chemotherapy for breast cancer and it was our first time being able to get out this summer, R E Creations had it in their hearts to fix our starter. Our truck was ready Saturday morning.
We cannot thank them enough for what they did for us. We also fully expected to pay out the butt for this express service and they were 100% beyond fair when charging for their time and service.
We have a few repairs to be done on our other vehicle and are going to go out of our way to take our business to them, with a scheduled appointment of course.
