So my son bought a little stereo from family dollar a lady names Michelle rang him up. The stereo did not work he tries to return it and she read the no return policy to him and I instructed him to get it replaced instead the lady. Michelle was furious and was verbally rude to my son and his friend she even made the comment to the boys. Do you need to hold your hand? How rude
