“I recently took my sons ford in for head light change . On this car the whole bumper has to be removed. They did a great job and price was fair. I usually don’t put reviews but in this case i had to! I met the owner and explained as a female i don’t trust any machinists because i got ripped off in the past! the owner put my mind at ease and understood as he had daughters. now I’m going to take my van for repairs and my 5 adult children know where to go for repairs!! friendly owner and staff!!! “Our 2009 Nissan Murano broke down in South Haven, MI while we were driving from Chicago to Sleeping Bear Dunes. The AAA towing service informed us that they would take our car to M & W Auto Service and Tire in Benton Harbor. We had excellent communication with Mike and Mark who kept us informed about their plans to diagnose the issue and the results of their findings. It is never an enjoyable experience to have a major car repair while traveling but the staff at M & W Auto Service & Tire were upbeat, friendly, and accommodating. “This place has worked on my vehicles twice. Once for my Kia's remote start. And my Jeeps lights. I plan to return for more work on my Jeep. Both visits they were able to get me scheduled in a reasonable amount of time and are willing to work around my schedule with ease. They did magnificent work I have not had to go back to fix or repair any of the work they've done. All prices are average and what you should expect. Fair pay=excellent work.

“I went to Advance Auto Parts in Benton Harbor needing a battery. I was greeted by Jake with professionalism, having a great attitude/customer service.
Jake went above and beyond with the customer service he provided. He ordered a battery for me because it was a no-stock at his location. Unfortunately, the battery that was shipped from South Bend was a used battery with low voltage readings that Jake had discovered. Jake told me he could have another battery within a few hours and will make sure the quality control was in place to ensure my battery was serviceable and ready to go. WOW!!!! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. This store location is on the other side of town for me but I will go the extra distance knowing that Jake will be there to give OUSTANDING service.

He answered all of our questions specifically and accurately. In fact he gave us more information about the specific vehicle we eventually purchased as well. He made it easy and quick. “My daughter's car was T-boned by a deer and had some pretty bad damage to her door and fender and PLPD insurance. Long story short Jerry did exactly what I asked him to do (door needs to open and close) and her car looks great. Knocked out the dents, new mirror, door handle and latch and the car does what it's supposed to. Best part, it was very inexpensive. I appreciate Jim and his team for helping me out and they did a fantastic job for a great price!”

“Exit 41 off of interstate 94,receiving starts at 7am.The earlier you are the better..Very big parking lot and overnight parking is available as long as you don't trash up the place. Staff is super friendly, Now it depends on what you have,because unloading might be a few hours depending on your load...Anyone that says staff has a attitude, it's only because you bring one here with you.”
