Great services. Marcy is usually the individual that rings me up. She is amazing at her job. She is quick, keeps conversation so the customer is not bored and she is really helpful. Overall love the local post office more than ones in big cities

Worst Post Office for package delivery and sending I have ever experienced. A box of collections worth over $100 came to my parcel locker broken up. The box was too big for locker anyway. The box looked kicked around and crushed. They said not their problem. It was handled properly. Fragile items unless you spend extra $11 are thrown in with items weighing up to 70 pounds. Which I find ignorant. Not the first time I have had problems with packages here. Lost a package going out and was left with paying a cost of $200 to unrecovered package. Do not recommend Coleman Post Office for packages.

There's only been one employee that actually cares. The rest just throw the packages on the porch and instead of bringing mail up with the packages they push it to the back of the mail box. Quite a few times they gave the neighbor our mail.

Mail delivery was supposed to be by 10:15 then jumped to 2:45. Now I have to hope my monitor isn't left outside while I'm at work.

Worst post office. Always deliver mail to the wrong places or you never receive the mail. Always have some kind of excuse. The post master here shouldn't be running a location he was rude. PATHETIC $18 per hr and can't get the job right just like McDonald's employees

This postal service can't help locate your mailbox. Just purchased a home and told my mailbox was with a cluster of apartment mailboxes down the road. Odd that I can't have my mailbox by my own house but ok. Drove down to the apartment mailboxes nothing labeled with my address. One address kinda close to mine but there are about a dozen of them. We were given a lot of keys on closing, narrowed it down to about ten possible mailbox keys. Been in there twice, each time said we'd get a call. Never got the call. Not surprised they didnt seem to want to be bothered by us.

Only a government run organization could run this poorly. Lost letters, lost packages, won't deliver most days because "no secure place to leave package." We always pay extra shipping for Fed Ex or UPS when available and how about Allen Park? What a joke...
