Complete crooks, they shorted me 40 lbs of meat then tried to tell me a different weight size, when the weight is on my paperwork & I was told the weight when I told them how I wanted it processed. Took over 2 weeks for the owner to contact me, when he did it was because I called again! They messed up my smoked pork chops. They are paper thin, they told me they was trying something new, well glad they tried that on my chops that are now wrecked. we wanted the meat from the pig we took to them took to them,when asked about it they sent me a clip from google telling me what Google told them the weight that is taken home from that size pig, we bought 3 pigs took one to them, another the same size to Ebels, which we actually did get the 172lbs of meat from. It amazes me that places like this think people are stupid. They are crooks! The best part is they know it, right away they credited me back the processing fee, which was nice but what about the meat you kept, it equalled more than what they credited me back.

The only thing I would change are the hours and days your open. People want meat on weekends for grilling and can't get any fresher than yours. Love your quality and the fact your meats are free range and antibiotic free!! Your burger is the best I ever had! And the bacon was top grade! Your prices are great also! Better than any store!!

I have been holding off on this review in an effort to give them a chance to make it right but they haven't so here we go. Had bought a cow that was unfortunately processed through these guys, on top of the burger being mixed no leaner then 75/25 when I asked for 85/15, at least 1% of that is bone chunks too. To top it off I am missing meat and a lot of it. According to there itemized bill I am missing several steak. Called and complained about it and they swore i was crazy. not well cut and mixed awful plus missing meat. Do NOT use these guys. OH also, their packaging SUCKS. $0.40 lb for packaging and its plastic wrap. I thaw the meat in bowls otherwise there's a huge mess. What a joke!Added 1 of the receipts I have showing what should have been but what was actually counted. Those with a check mark are good, the rest were all short. And that's only 1/2 I also bought 1/4's worth of the same cow and that not match up either. the Lady who got the other quarter is also missing meat.

I took a deer here and told them I wanted as much as they could cut into steaks. They ended up turning practically the whole thing into ground venison other than a few small bags of steaks. I definitely would not take your deer here.

Absolutely the best place to buy meat. No watered down hamburger. Steaks are aged properly.
