I got there in the drive through to the pharmacy at like 8:55 yes almost time to close had 2 cars in front me I get to the window and they pulled down the closed sign wow really!! Nobody was behind me if I was there after 9 I would get it but that's crazy as I can see from other reviews not surprised!

Absolutely HORRIBLE Rx system. My mother is on Hospice. I manage her scripts. I am doing so through the website. Twice now, they have refilled Eliquis 180 day supply at a cost of $110.00 per script out of pocket for my mother. I have turned off ALL auto-refill. I have told them multiple times, she's on hospice and only those scripts should be filled. Today I FINALLY found out there's a secondary site for auto refill which also coordinates meds so that multiple refills are ready at the same time. (FYI that services sucks too as it's NEVER had them ready at the same time.) How am I supposed to know there is a secret site and that I have to not only tell the pharmacy she's on Hospice and only those scripts should be filled but also that ONLY the pharmacy staff have the ability to cancel this secret refill list (because I have no access or visibility to this)? What is the use of having an app and a website to "manage" scripts if you can't really manage? I would have less of an issue if I at least had visibility to this. But it's completely hidden from the account view.

My prescriptions were transferred to Walgreens when Rite aid closed. I called for refills was told they would contact my doctor for one prescription as I had no refills left. Called back 6 days later and they tell me I never had a prescription for the one that they were going to get refills from my doctor on. I’ve been talking that prescription for 10 years. After watching the pharmacist and her technicians goof off and toss things I said I’m calling CVS. I called CVS got my prescriptions transferred only to find out Walgreens didn’t transfer all of them. What a disgrace the Coldwater Walgreens is. I will never go back

Literally every single month they don't have enough of my medication so they only fill a partial and then the pharmacy techs are very rude about it like I am inconveniencing them. They also almost always put in old information for my insurance so it first comes back not covered and then I have to call and have them fix it. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Tool photos of my kids and decided to use Walgreens to get them. Had to fight to get my photos and go inside and sign some paper. Apparently because I have money and can afford to take photos in a professional manner I have to prove that I took them. What a joke.

do not recommend getting passport pictures done here. Very low quality, bad lighting, they don’t show you your picture before just printing them!

This pharmacy is AWFUL. I call over the phone to refill a prescription. Get there to pick it up and they say I never refilled it. The staff is rude and need trained better. Save your time and go to another pharmacy. I will be.

i use walgreens for all of my prescription fills plus they carry the workout supplements i like...however, the reason why im a customer of walgreens is bc one of the pharm techs Airyenn She is outstanding. She always knows what i need to go with certain rx i take, seems to really know where things are behind the counter with Airyenn im back on the street in no time and i cant tell you how much i appreciate that..Shes always great with other customers....a pharm tech with the skill and personality of Airyenn should be gold to walgreens .. whatever walgreens pays her its not enough
