My van died at the light by speedway. Thank God Kyle happened to be pumping gas at speedway. I ran over and asked if he could tell me how to get it in neutral. He ran over and did his thing and got it in neutral and pushed it into the gas station for me. He tried jumping it but it wouldn’t hold a charge. He had a car hooked up so had to deal with that but said he’d be back. He came back after dropping the car he had hooked up and towed me to my uncles shop next door. He literally saved the day. Thank you so much!!!

Kyle is the man fr!!! He drove by and noticed me struggling at a gas station as I had locked my keys in my truck. He pulled over and helped immediately, had my door open in seconds. Thanks Kyle!!

So my F350 died.... not only did VIP say no problem but, the rate was so low I thought my paramore misheard the quote. Chaz,the technician, was not only spot on time, he was professional, friendly, and accommodating to my preferred drop off position of my Truck..I would absolutely give him a higher rating if it were possible.
