I talked with Evan on the phone about a quote for car and rental insurance and wanted time to think about it. Evan then took the time to call me back about a week or so later to see what might want to do. I asked if we could sit down in person to go over it again to make sure I totally understood Everything. He liked that idea and we did schedule a time to meet and he I did meet in person. Evan was very good at expo things to me and allowed me to ask questions and he was happy to answer them. I came away from there very pleased with the way I was treated and would recommend doing business with Evan as he understands and willing to help with all he can. What a good experience.

Gabe has been an amazing agent, providing outstanding customer service. Not only did he help our family navigate the medical requirements to reduce premiums, he offered and held conferences calls with our medical insurance company, to get what we needed. State Farm should be ashamed and utterly mortified by what transpired. I had been a customer to State Farm for numerous years, I was considering adding my son to my policy and wanted a quote, I was informed the only way they could do it is to just add him. So I gave his info, a week or so went by, I received a phone call from my agent questioning if I was aware my son's license was suspended? Of course, duh, why the heck would I try to add him if I knew that? So they tell me to come in sign a document to exclude him, of course I do. Thinking everything was back to my original policy. A month or so goes by, I get transferred for work, relocate out of state, go to transfer coverage, and unbenounced to me I have no coverage. What!!!!?!!!! Needless to say, but I will, I was furious. I couldn't believe it, why was I not notified. They called me on matters before, but not this? Seriously,!!!? I went through an extremely trying time dealing with this matter. I will NEVER ever do any business again with State Farm.
