Went to the spectrum store in Coldwater to just return cable boxes nothing more nothing less. I had already renegotiated my cable over the phone with spectrum. The woman there was very rude telling me I needed to pay for streaming my services. Then she tries to refuse my services that I just had taken care of. Told me I needed my modems serial number in order to turn in my box’s. When I was looking up the emails spectrum had sent me this woman was very UNPROFESSIONAL in my eyes. Was her lack of knowledge in how the business works. So I went to portage mi store to find out she removed one box and 10 min later and a dozen apologies later Portage fixed Coldwaters mistakes.My opinion if you need to use a Soectrum store Don’t use Coldwater.

They actually ask you way too many personal questions when all I wanted was internet set up. Charge way too much money and give you a whole run around on the phone. Waste of time company.

Ok so I been with spectrum for a few months now and at first it was working good but now the Internet keeps dropping for some reason I've called them I don't know how many times fix the issue and the representatives have been nice but the issue is still unresolved and unreliable they even replaced my one of the boxes and shut a certain setting off and told me that should work and it's still dropping the Internet nobody elce I know has this problem and my phone hotspot runs better then the service of spectrum as soon as I can I will be paying my att bill off and running everything off the hot spot because nobody wanna pay for Internet that don't work half of the time and then have there bill go up after a year it's hardly worth $50 let alone what they charge you after a year

December 1,2023@4pmPeople involved: MATT, ANDY & SARA(manager)I went into the store to pick up my zoma box (I ordered and got my service online, there the ones who told me I can pick up @ my local store) I went in and told them I was there for a pick up. A representative named Matt “helped” me first. He was rude like he had a bad day and was annoyed by my presence. I then call the customer care because Matt said there’s no way I can have a zoma box without a tv subscription. And there’s no way I was told I needed to pick up the zoma in store. So I call the spectrum number. I was on the phone for a while then the other representative asked me what I was doing and I explained what I was doing, I then explain Matt was being rude to me and then ANDY started being rude to me as well. Andy was arguing with me and started degrading my appearance. I was told on the phone that I could in fact pick up the zoma box so I asked to speak to the manager, Matt then proceeded to go into the back room saying “there’s a wonderful women wanting to talk to you, in a sarcastic way. The manager named SARA then came out and she was also very rude she was siding with the men being rude to me. The representative on the phone said I could pick up there and Sara then explained that the owner told her she could not give away zoma boxes to customers that are only getting internet. She argued with the representative I was on the phone with and they wouldn’t give me my zoma box. And they were all extremely rude. I had 3 grown “professional “ spectrum representatives being rude & degrading me because I was told I could pick up a zoma box from them. I didn’t do anything wrong and I wasn’t rude until I had 2 grown men (Matt and Andy) team up and bully me. I then asked for the manager and she allowed them to continue the disrespect me infront of her. She didn’t correct the way they were speaking to me and Andy was arguing back and forth with me. She did ask him to go in the back which he didn’t. He stayed there and continued to say things to me. Clear as day. It wasn’t under his breathe. I was the only one in the store.(Xumo stream box, from spectrum)I do know I spelled it wrong but I don’t care enough to fix it. My review is to make sure something is done about the extremely low, disrespectful, unacceptable behavior I had to deal with when trying to pick up my box.. the one I was TOLD to pick up.

They have better cable service. The people are really nice to their customers. They have better options on cable plan packages and the prices on their cable plan packages are a fair price on each individual cable plan package. I would recommend spectrum one cable to any of my friends and family and anyone. I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Spectrum call center employees tried to Refuse to let me cancel my account when I stated NUMEROUS TIME THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR OTHER OPTIONS. I already had fiber optic set up in my new home and working with another company, which took about 5 minutes. I had tried to set up my spectrum wifi for 3 days and it wouldn’t work, and tried to cancel twice. Both people spoken to would not listen and just tried to upsale me. The employees also had a ridiculously disrespectful attitude when ignoring my request to cancel my account. Extremely disappointed, will not be returning or recommending to others.

We have now went in twice and there was not 1 customer in there. They told us since we are already customers we can't buy a phone they have in stock. My friend went to the same store earlier today and bought a new phone . They were too busy eating right out in the store open to help us. We are changing service. They were so rude and this same guy who must work nights and weekends treated us bad last time because he was eating and watching a game. We must have been bothering him.
