I wish I could give them no stars. My fiancé took my oldest to see the new Deadpool and Wolverine movie but when he purchased his tickets for them he got two cups and a popcorn bucket. The worker apparently didn’t ring it in. When he went to go purchase another cup for my son they said he didn’t pay for the first ones that the worker had handed him and called the cops on my fiancé for stealing when he had no clue at all and how can he steal items that are behind the counter. When the officer showed up he was the kindest man. Unfortunately the movie theater wanted my fiancé to pay for their mistake or return the buckets and cups. They threw the bucket and cups away that they could have just let my son keep. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. It’s ridiculous that you guys will make blame on a paying customer then take something a child loves away. Makes me sick to my stomach honestly.

I love the new seating. (Haven't been myself in 4 years about). Feel like the popcorn and kids popcorn should be more reasonable. But it was a good experience and will come back.

My experience here was great all around! The staff is amazing and very friendly! The manager is also very nice and is always around to help when needed! I'll definitely be going back more!

It's expensive. For 2 people to go to the movies, get popcorn & a couple drinks on a Sunday matinee will cost you approximately $50. Plan to spend more if you go any other time. The volume on the movies are normally very loud. They need to turn it down a bit.

Has not re released my favorite movie “a bugs life” it is a good movie and I want to experience it in theaters cause it’s my favorite movie but they haven’t re released it even tho it’s my favorite movie

The question of going to a movie will not come up anymore in my house. My lord people do you really need to charge the prices that you charge? The movie was ok, your employees except for the fact that they actually believe they are selling a worthwhile product are fine.The greed of your company is evident and sickening and that was the last time that we will subject ourselves to it. Thanks,No thanks

My favorite local theater. I like it more than Hillsdale, Jackson, and Battle Creek. Always ftiendly staff and I like stadium seating.

Got helped by Kaleb on a busy Saturday, Man that kid has a strong work ethic. Definitely is a friendly person and loves his job. Even made sure everyone felt happy to go watch the movie delivering a satisfactory level of customer service. The movie was amazing. The seat picking thing was weird but I got over it. All in All great experience with the customer service, concessions, and movie.
