Don't rent from this business. Just take my word... Faithfully paid my rent on time every month and I'm getting some bs run around with my security deposit.

I love living here. Its nice, well maintained and peaceful. The manager here is awesome too. She makes sure everyone's good to go, and has fun little activities for the holidays. I wouldn't rate Loomis any less than a 5. I absolutely love it here.

We love living here! We feel its a safe and clean environment and Kim is one of the best landlords we've ever had! She's very helpful and understanding and makes sure this place stays clean and safe for everyone!
