I will no longer go to the family dollar in Coldwater unless I know someone else is working they have a employee who's name is Patty she has been so disrespectful and acts like she don't like her job. She won't even help a customer find something in the store just tells them I don't know where it is maybe in that isle you will have to look because I don't have the time. Then she throws your items at you along with your change and recipets. Sorry but if you don't like your job don't take it out on customers and just quit your job already. Definitely DOES NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. so disappointed that they have an employee like that. Not getting anymore that one star from us.........

Not really sure who the cashier was. A older, short lady with longer Gray hair extremely rude. I said, thank you, have a Good Night. And she's like yep was not friendly did not have good manners at all

Went to get trash bags and picked up glad 41 count trash bags marked in the spot for $6.10. Show the guy where I got them from. And was told that they was all $9.59 told yhe guy that's not my fault that their shelf stickers placed them in the wrong spot. In my defense they should have given it to me at the price it was where the restocked the shelf which was $6.10 it wasn't just 1 box that was there but over 15 boxes of trash bags that was stocked on that lower shelf. INSTEAD the guy told me to pay for my stuff get out and go home. Sorry but not sorry for standing up for my rights on this but ya don't tell me to pay for my stuff get out and leave. I will be calling their corporate office tomorrow about this. Even the lady who checked me out told me it was private property I kindly told her her I dont care he don't need me to pay for my stuff and get out and go home
