every single one of the ladies that work here are amazing. I am remembered by them without giving them my name, they’re sociable, helpful, and I really feel cared about by them. I always have issues with insurance charging higher one month than another, I have savings cards, etc. they always do their best and try to make something work to get me my medicine at my regular price. I even moved 30 minutes away (I used to be 4 minutes away) and won’t change my pharmacy because I live all the ladies that work here.

Horrible customer service.Wrong medicine in prescription.Took forever to get thru the annoying automated phone attendant. then only to get put on hold for a very extended amount of time.Had to call back two more times to finally get connected to a person. The people were great and took care of my problem. The issue is the automated phone attendant system that is constantly pushing vaccines and is difficult to navigate through.

Coldwater Michigan CVS is my favorite pharmacy in the county. I don't live here, but rely on them to get me my prescriptions whenever I'm in Michigan. Friendly, helpful and efficient.

I love this store. But I really love using those killer coupons! One of the employees named Jada was so kind and very helpful. She helped me locate what I was looking for and offered great conversation. I will be shopping here more often.

GUT WRENCHING CUSTOMER SERVICE - Simply stunned by the awful customer service at this store. Stood in line for 15 minutes while one very nice and friendly staff person tried to handle everything by herself. She was the only positive thing I could say about this place. The other three persons behind the counter were indifferent and tried to act invisible so they would not have to help customers out. While in line I watched one of the three take seven minutes trying to figure out how to staple a paper bag. UGG!! When I got to the register, I was promptly told I had to go to the consultation window where I was greeted by a wood panel. WHAT! After about 10 minutes, one of the three looked over the wall and said someone would be right with me. After another seemingly 5 minutes one of the three that was busy stocking shelves came over and within 10 seconds told me I did not have to be in this line. &%$$@. I was told to go back over to the first line which was now 15 people deep. I was finally greeted by the rudest person in Coldwater Michigan "Karri". Out of frustration by now I commented on the poor service and maybe I should take my business back to Walgreens and her exact response was not that I am sorry or some other excuse, she clearly stated "we can make that happen". OMG!!!!!! I don't have a choice and have to use CVS for my prescriptions, I just moved my business to the Angola Store. And the front register is a self service register. No one to share the experience with. They would probably say it is because of staffing issues however I would say people don't won't to work with staff with attitudes like what is exhibited here. Drive the extra 15 minutes to get far better service.
