I have been a great customer with Caywood Propane for nearly 10 years and recently decided to buy my own tank. I then paid to have their tank unhooked properly and set next to the road to make pickup as easy as can be for them. Upon opening a recent letter from their company, they are now trying to charge me a total of $299.20 for "Tank Removal" when I never signed any contract stating such charge for them removing their own tank... BEWARE of the SCAM!!!
