I would give zero stars if possible. I got the $6 wash and was charged $10 on my debit card. Tried to call many times…always got a busy signal. That’s just bad business. I will never go there again. I see someone else had the exact same issue.

Went thru the touch free and purchased the works wash for $5 it wouldn't take my cash so decided to use my debit card, big mistake, it charged me $12.00. I usually do the manual but decided to try something different. Never again!! The phone number doesn't work!!

Drove thru automatic wash and blew my roof window out. After calling the owner I decided it wasn't worth the argument. Very disappointed in his handling of the phone calls.

I have been going to this wash for years and never had a problem. I went Saturday to the soft touch bay, which I do often. I always get out and look my vehicle over when finished. To my disbelief, there is a huge , deep scratch down the whole back side of my vehicle. Strongly don't recommend going through the soft touch!

An employee at the Coldwater MI location likes to harass people who are just throwing away the trash in their car. I never acknowledged it as a problem until I went to get a car wash today and the worker came up to my driver side window almost sticking his head in my car, asking me what I plan to do there. I said I was getting a car wash. The man then continued on about how people just use the business for quarters. So I said “Why don’t you have a sign?” He replied “I shouldn’t need one” then continued to argue with me about how I have to use his car wash or I’m banned. Made me extremely uncomfortable, so I left. I hope he gets removed from the property. Or at the very least the owners should make an effort, like putting up a sign. Seems like they just want to accost and argue with customers but never make the rules apparent or visible. Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional customer service. From the other reviews I read, the machines will double charge you, and the owners won’t answer if you call to get it settled. Glad I decided not to give them my business.

Good car wash for self service. But had a lady in a Lincoln Aviator drive past "can't be bucket washing" as she told the guy in the next bay to use the swirl maker (the brush). I'm not going to scratch my car with that brush that comes with the wash bay. I'd rather wash my car properly, than to own a Lincoln Shitvator.

Have used this car wash before and it does a good job cleaning the car. This time it charged my card $10 instead of $5 and I tried calling the number on the website and it was disconnected. Only use cash here.

I worked at this company for 3.5 years, my mother for 16, and my husband for 2. The way I was spoken to about them filling out necessary paperwork for my apartment complex (that would take 3 minutes, if that) was disgusting. I barely got out who I was and what I was calling for when the owner, **** ****** Sr, told me I dont have time for your ****, I tried to explain what I needed and he hung up on me. His son, **** ****** *** hung up on me as well when I was calling to figure out a resolution.

It does a good job and doesn't cost that much, top wash/ most expensive was $5. You can get touchless or regular. Same price
