So today was my very first experience with this shop. Not being from the area it was my first in a shop so open and accommodating. Now let me add a few things. If you read some of my other reviews it might be somewhat noticable that I'm a bit ADHD and can get animated about really great places and people at those places. This is one of them. I was very open about what I was after and my inexperience and I was truly blessed with Amy to help me on my journey to navigate such a wonderful place. No question was too stupid or unanswered. She was my just helping me complete an order but my guide through the store. The type of person I will ask for by name when I return and actually wait until she's free to help me even if it means giving up my place in line. Imagine someone who understands your past personally, why you're there personally, and was able to give a piece of her own past to help put me at ease. This woman belongs here and I can only hope there are others there who are just like her. I politely asked her for a hug after we concluded things because that's the type of woman she was. And she accepted. This place is amazing period, but Amy makes it truly a cut above the rest.
