The staff were absolutely amazing, they helped find the right size, were extremely patient and helped to teach us about sizing and different types of bras. She picked out two of her first "real" bras and the Aerie staff made the process smooth and amazing. I want to give a special shoutout to the store manager at the Birch Run Polo Outlet (I believe her name is Lauren, but I could be mistaken). Her outstanding service turned a frustrating situation into a truly memorable experience.
Here’s what happened:
A couple of days ago, my husband purchased a jacket from the Polo outlet store at Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora. Since it wasn’t in stock, the staff placed an order from another store. Unfortunately, the jacket arrived damaged—with holes and a security tag still attached. We returned to the Aurora store to resolve the issue, and they placed another order, only for it to be canceled by the other store.
What followed was a nightmare of back-and-forth calls between stores. The Aurora store told us the refund could only be processed by the other store, while the other store claimed it was Aurora’s responsibility. Weeks passed, and we were stuck without a refund or a replacement jacket.
That’s when we reached out to the Birch Run store in Michigan. The store manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did she arrange for a new jacket to be sent with expedited shipping (at no additional cost), but she also included a thoughtful apology and a gift for a mistake that wasn’t even theirs.
After weeks of frustration, the Birch Run team restored our trust in the brand with their exceptional service and customer care.

“I just used the dog wash station for the first time, and it was AWESOME! It's in its own little separate room with two stations. They provide soap, towels, an apron for the human, a blow dryer, brush, and nail clippers. There was a bar over the wash area with a cable for holding the dog in place, and you can slide the cable back and forth to turn your dog. So, so much easier than bathing my 80- pound dog at home. Staff was very friendly and helpful, also. My only suggestion would be a hook to hang my coat. This will definitely become our new normal for bathing.”
