Everyone is friendly and helpful. Marlin did our order and Gage set up our phones.
My biggest issue with Verizon is that you cannot phone the particular store you are dealing with. The call goes to a call center overseas. Very frustrating!

If I could give a zero I would. Jacob was our sales person. He rushed through the process and skipped necessary steps to get our “pay off your phone” promotion. Very obvious he just wanted to sell us phones and as many accessories as possible. Here I am 3 months later and Verizon still owes me $1100 for my phone pay off promotion. Worst customer service I have ever experienced buying phones. DO NOT BUY from this Verizon location, you will regret it! I’ve spent countless hours on the phone trying to straighten out the mess that Jacob created
