This post office is absolutely 100% unreliable. I mailed out my bridal shower invites in the beginning of July and had almost nobody show up (August 25th was my shower). Turns out the reason nobody showed up to my party is because they didn't even receive invitations!! Two months later! You guys are a joke. Get it together ??

Stopped in to get passport application and they didn’t have any available. The clerk proceeded to tell me to go to the Linden and Lennon Road location which I did, and they do not do passports at that location. Clerk at the Flint location gave me a website and was very helpful unlike the Clio location that told me nothing about a website instead had me drive 11 miles maybe 13 to a location that does not have them.

Nothing but good experiences with the employees that work at this post office. We had an interesting road construction situation all summer that lead to me having to contact pretty frequently for package pickups since they couldn't get to our home; they were super nice and helpful each time I called. Gotta appreciate the small things in life like good customer service!

I generally do not mind this post office as most of the staff is kind, but there is one worker who keeps on misdelivering packages and the mail to the wrong addresses. The new head of the post office only views situations in black and white and berates customers. And she lies about situations because she wants things done her way.

ID, tracking number, box size, and addresses should be enough to pick up a package. You do not NEED to know what's in my package for me to pick it up. 4th ammendment protection. Stop being nosy.

Sent a certified letter regarding a foreclosed home to an address in Clio, MI. The letter sat their for 2 months for us to call and find out what was going on, to find out the clerks don't know what they are doing. The letter was sent back 2 weeks ago to our home address and it still has yet to arrive. Poor services and staff knowledge.

What is with the male employees here always being so argumentative? First time was about 6 months ago. A younger male employee gave me the wrong shipping option. I asked for first class shipping, while holding a package at the counter, he gave me first class letter. The difference is one doesn't come with tracking, and when I asked him for my tracking number he tried to tell me that I had asked for the wrong kind of shipping. Why would I want to send a water proof bubble mailer as a first class letter? After he argued with me about that he corrected the mistake and gave me the proper shipping. Today I went to check on the tracking for my package I was expecting. The tracking said it had been scanned at Flint post office at 5 AM and was scanned in at the Clio post office at 11:17 AM. It wasn't supposed to be delivered until tomorrow but I thought I would try and pick it up today. The older gentleman at the counter who helped me went in the back and looked around for about a minute. He came back out and said that he couldn't find the package so it was probably not there. I showed him the tracking info on my phone where it said "Arrived at 11:17 AM, Clio Post Office" and he said that he wasn't able to find it so it probably hadn't been sorted yet. I said ok thanks and started to leave. As I am leaving he continued to talk to me and said again that it probably wasn't there regardless of what the tracking said because they sort the packages at 4 AM. My last words as I walked out the door were, someone had to scan it for it to say its here. If I can't pick up the package thats fine then tell me I can't. I don't need to be fed a line of bs about how its not even there when the only way the computer system would know its there is if some employee at the Clio post office had checked it in with the tracking system. The computer doesn't just magically figure out the package has arrived at the Clio post office building. This place needs a real supervisor who can teach employees how to properly interact with customers.
