“I had a wonderful experience with Ronnie's Auto Specialist. Even though they had a heavy workload, they still managed to get me in quickly. During the repair, they discovered a manufacturer’s error with a part that was delivered slightly damaged. Instead of cutting corners, they communicated with me right away, ordered a new part, and had the job finished the very next day.

The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I originally thought I would just come in, get the repair done, and move on with my day—but Ronnie’s went above and beyond. Not only did they do a phenomenal job with the repair, but they also cleaned the inside of my car, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was shocked (in the best way) and very happy with their attention to detail.

What really stood out to me was their professionalism and the way they explained everything. I had visited three other places for estimates, and none of them explained the process from start to finish the way Ronnie’s did. They broke it down in terms a non-mechanic like me could understand, which made me feel confident and informed.

“My car was down and I had to call around for a tow company because my insurance wasn’t able to find anyone. I called a few places and a couple of them were rude and wanted me to wait until the next morning for it to get towed. I called this company and he was very nice and came right out.
After my car was hooked up my ride still wasn’t there and it was 10pm. I had my three daughters with me. It was cold and he offered to let them sit in his truck while waiting.
