All they do is lie to you. They do not change your oil when you pay for it and they charge a lot. I checked my oil after and it was dirty still so they charge you $120 for an oil change and they also charge you for an electronic update, that’s like saying Verizon charges you when you need an update to your phone. They will sell you an extended warranty that doesn’t cover anything but they charge $5000 for the warranty and their service team and service management are trash if anybody else feels they were also disappointed. I am going to put up a ban Sims in Clio also will be protesting with signs on the public sidewalk. Also will be talking to customers when they’re viewing vehicles with agents to tell them to not buy their. Go to Birch run Chevrolet, but simms is a garbage trash company sincerely yours Noah pirich. Do not buy from Elijah. He wears cheap suits and will just lie to you and try to keep selling your vehicles.

I brought my 2020 Chevy Colorado in to have a key made. Both Eric and chad were very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend simms Chevrolet.

1st oil change they forgot to put cap on and oil leaked everywhere. Today, they corrected that issue and cleaned the mess that was made. I understand we are all human, but this is something that should be triple checked.

The service department is a joke and the mechanic tried to sell me ac line for the AC unit and it didn't need to be replaced. Very unhappy with the service department. I will not be going back anytime soon..

Simms Chevrolet is always great. The personality of the associates are top notch. And service is spot on . We purchased three vehicles from them. I can send my wife or daughter there for service and I don't have to worry about them being taken advantage of. A great place to come. Chad, Aaron, and Debra and all the employees are great!!!!

My gf and I bought a truck here a month or so ago and we love it. The process was fast and easy, staff was amazing, and it was very well kept up there. Definitely go up there and ask for Mike Diener he took very good care of us and was very helpful.

We needed to get a battery, checked. They did and they replaced it for us. They were very friendly and professional as well as quick. We were on our way home in under an hour.

Pulled in, NO appt, and needed an oil change. SIMMS CHEVROLET and it's crew of certified ASE techs said
"No problem" and I pulled into the garage have some information and was told to have a seat in the lounge. In Simms lounge customers have access to a computer and wifi, plus hot coffee and darn good snacks. FREE SNACKS
$1-$3 SNACKS and their FREE. Of course i was a gentleman and only at 1 pack of cheese n crackers. Before I knew it my Trans Am had the oil changed, a FREE tire rotation, and all for
UNDER $55.
