“It's good .But now they are not . The past 5 years their customer service is bad bad bad. I left them. Inwas with them 18 year. Paid bill every month. Then after i left they tried to say i owed 180.
00.For what? I bought my own phone. I had auto pay. Lol lol. Sent me to collections so i got one of the credit bureau to get ahold of Verizon and demand a breakdown. It ended up being less than 20.00 because they didnt cancel service until 3 days after i called and requested. SO 180.00 WAS A SCAM. F U VERIZON.”
“I went to have my iPhone XS screen replaced on Friday. It took 5 days to get it back, because they didn’t have my screen in stock, which wasn’t a big deal at all to me. If you need it done that day, I would call to make sure they have what you need. They did a perfect job, nothing got broken in the process. I took my case with my phone in, but it did get lost, which again no biggie. It was a cheap Walmart case that got my phone cracked in the first place, but they were still kind enough to give me 4 free new cases and a free screen protector. And please don’t take advantage of their kindness. Definitely recommend going here!!! Worth all five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
