First time ever at Fast Eddys, and it was such an amazing experience! Antonio was such a great person DID NOT try to up sell me. Even told me based off my mileage I shouldn’t need an oil change yet, so he checked and seen I was low and it was burnt. As a female going to new places to have my car worked on, you never really know who you can trust. He mentioned a fuel injection cleaner (my old oil place was trying to charge me $79.99 for) and he said it was only $12 I REPEAT TWELVE DOLLARS! And I got a free car wash! I haven’t in 8 years paid less than $80 on an oil change until TODAY! New air filter, fuel injection, fresh oil and oil filter plus tip only cost $90!!!! 100/10 will recommend to EVERYONE even called my husband and DAD to tell them what an amazing experience Fast Eddys was. Even the whole crew was super nice and friendly and polite AND professional!

Only place I go for my car washes it’s located conveniently right in the town of Clio customer service is great I always end up having a laugh with the person writing on the window. My dog and kid both love it as well.

Worst car wash EVER
I paid for the "best" car wash and it didn't even come close to removing the dirt on my tailgate, I had to use a cloth when I got home to clean it and also didn't remove bugs from mirror and the tires were filthy too.
When I asked if they could do a better job I was told that the area of the tailgate doesn't get hit with the brushes.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL...

I worked there, was sent home early one evening due to the weather, I called and talked to Hunter about coming to pick up my tips, he stated there weren't any, yet I had put over $50 in the tip box, when I came back I notified Daniel and Beau about him taking my tips, they made good on the money, but nothing with Hunter, I quit, can't work with a thief

I stopped in bright and early for a wash and oil change few days prior to this review. Normally I just diy it, but was feeling lazy... Antonio's keen eye was able to catch a small break line leak between the master cylinder and abs module that then fullly blew out when he had me press the break again to confirm the suspicion during his inspection of my break lights. He is the epitome of professionalism, and skill. Just how I was treated and having a wonderful conversation with him as he worked was worthy of 5 stars and my continued business whenever I need an oil change or wash and feeling lazy. He truly is an asset to this company.

No way am I going back there. 4 people at the front of the car wash, 2 drying at the end, with wet, dirty towels. Very disappointed in how my car was dirty and wet when done. I've always been happy here and tipped every time - they've changed something and it's not good! I do not recommend this car wash!

Save yourself and your vehicle, keep driving.
I have been going to this location for the last couple years on a regular basis. The washes have never been great but convenient. After this past week I will not be going back. As I am waiting in line to enter the wash, the attendant pulls a sub in too soon. The vehicle rear ended the truck in front of it and had to be backed out. I was pulled in after a short wait to get my subpar wash as usual. As I was pulling out to have my vehicle dried, I was getting the usual tip ready for the drying guys. I got the money out, put my window down to hand it to him and before I know it he took the money and ripped open my power mirror on my car. Before I could open it up to have him dry it he had already pried it open. I motioned for him to stop and the 2nd attendant saw that I was telling them not to open them up manually. My driver side mirror is now not closing properly and the manager says I am at fault because of the sign that says to open your mirrors at the exit. When I came to the office to write a complaint form, he told me it was my fault for not opening the mirrors. He would take the complaint but nothing will happen because it was on me. It is my fault for expecting common sense from anyone these days.

Tire shine not to great sometimes it doesn't look like it was touched. I have 3 vehicles on monthly wash 31.95 per vehicle and I have had my truck in there and still bug guts on front of my truck twice after 2 washings. I can live with that but 3 bucks for Tire shine, went next door to GilRoys and got me some Armour all I'll shine my own.

I love that a car wash is included in the oil change, but I hate how they always aggressively upsell. Like, can I just get my oil changed without all the pushing the extras?

What an absolute joke. I pulled in on a Sunday evening and business was slow. One car infront of me and nobody behind. I had bugs on the windshield and the front of my truck. I asked the guy who took my service order if they could give a scrub to the windshield along with the front of the truck. He took my money, walked away and they never scrubbed the front-end of my truck. See the attached photos for what kind of a wash job they do. Unbelievable.
