I recently went to Global Smoke Shop to purchase some vapes and I was completely impressed by Isaac's incredible knowledge and outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in the door, Isaac was there to greet me and offer me assistance. He took the time to explain the different options and helped me choose the perfect product for my needs. Isaac's passion for what he does is evident in every interaction. He made my visit to Global Smoke Shop a truly great experience, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best customer service possible. Five stars, hands down!

Their prices are great. I use vapes now. I quit smoking January 2023. I usually buy online but I needed juice and a pod. I ended purchasing a smok novo 5 kit instead. I will forever come here for all my smok needs.

Everyones always so nice. I go so often the nice girl who usually closes even knows my favorite breeze flavor. I live in flint and drive out this shop solely on how kind and friendly the staff is and the variety is a lot better than the one by me.

I was super excited to see a local shop moving in and not having to drive to miller rd anymore.They always have great prices and are very helpfulI had a problem with a disposable vape and they were quit to help me out and replace it and I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened!

Great place... Very helpful.. Bought a Lookah ice cream and it wasn't working very well for me for my medicinal reasons. I was able to get a Evolve-D Plus for dry herb ?... And it works very well.. Much better than the Lookah Ice cream and it's cheaper. Great customer service and understanding. Would recommend to friend and family.

Let me start by saying I was a loyal customer to Wild Bill's on Miller road for about a year. But after having issues with coils and the head manager not willing to do anything to solve it or help me out I said to heck with them I'd shop around. And boy he did me a favor. This shop is amazing. Staff is very helpful and kind. Willing to take care of issues. And the prices omg. I got 2 bottles of.juice for the price of one of wild Bill's. So glad I decided to take the drive to Global Smoke Shop.

I went into the smoke shop looking for a nectar collector with a glass tip like a buddy of mine had showed me that he had gotten from there. I didn't notice that I was coming in just before they closed. The girl behind the counter asked me if I needed anything and she seem polite at first and then when I was expressing what I needed to her she seem to get annoyed and became rather snotty. Then I try to get away from her and take a look around to see if there's anything else I would like to get and she quickly reminds me that they are closing in just a few minutes. So I suppose that's why she was snotty in the first place. I had never been to this smoke shop and I'll never go back. Conglomeracy at its best. Must be a franchise. In which case I would rather buy from Amazon. At least I save the gas and the frustration.
