I came in with my valspar paint numbers, and a guy told me "nobody sells valspar paint anymore" and said he could match the paint color for me. I bought a can for almost $20 for "touch up" purposes...I just used it and now i got "dark spots" all over my walls! The color doesn't macth! And THEY DO SELL VALSPAR PAINT! SO THANKS ALOT FOR LYING TO ME! Thanks to their stupid mistake...I now have to repaint my entire room a different color. I will never shop here again! Your paint department is incompetent! GO BUY A CLUE!

I just gave the young lady behind the counter a $12 tip to helping me out. when I walked in she had greated me and ask if she could help. I told her I needed some keys made. she said sure, and jumped right in with no hesitation. I own three businesses and appreciate the customer service that she had given me. I will be shopping there again soon!

Always get excellent help at this hardware store. You can take them your old part and they are very knowledgeable not on the part but what else you may need to do the job right the first

I reside in Mt. Morris. Lived there my whole life. And I prefer to shop Local every chance I get to support our small Family Owned Businesses and to support our Local Community. So I stopped into Fairhaven Auto Parts today hoping to buy a small Lock with 2 keys for my locker at work. However, Fairhaven did not carry them, but they were kind enough to refer me to Gill-Roy's in Clio. So, I went to Gill-Roy's and they had THE BIGGEST SELECTION of locks I've ever seen! Main thing I wanted to mention is how VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL the man/employee was that helped me. He went above and beyond to see that I found everything I needed and then some! I was literally shocked by the wide variety of NICE, HIGH QUALITY ITEMS THEY CARRY! Needless to say, I will be highly recommending them to everyone I know. I ordered a hard to find fermentation kit from Gill-Roy's website and had it shipped to the store for free so I could get some other goodies in one trip. It came in earlier than expected and after they gave me a call to let me know, I went to grab everything. The website had so many amazing products and ship to store was so convenient and quicker than having it sent to my house. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

They had everything and were super helpful. Someone asked me what i was doing and took me to the tool I needed without any waiting. This is exactly the kind of superior and personal customer service that makes it a way nicer experience than a huge chain store. There was also a kind gentleman that spoke with me as I was at the cashier who gave me some helpful advice on the project. Great place for hardware.
