I would put negative 100 I would. I have heart failure and am a single mom with 2 kids one has spina bifida and needed a car big enough to haul his wheelchair. I am doing this all by myself and with no credit I didn't have any better options and I needed a vehicle for my dr appointments. My transmission blew the first 2 months I'm paying over double and only because my health and my sons health means more to me than a stupid car but you would like to think that people have pure intentions but places who think with their wallet don't care about anyone else and this place is the very definition of shady. My engine went out a year in and the insurance company they made me get a warranty through said it covered a new engine but they only replaced the head gasket a day after having both the radiator and water pump replaced. My complaint was over heating so it should have been given back no longer overheating but he told me to baby it because my insurance wouldn't approve it to get fixed a day after getting a new radiator and water pump all they were doing was manipulate and unfortunately the insurance company Phoenix credit acceptance was no better they are working together because I couldn't get any of my own paperwork from the insurance company after my engine blew. It's over 6 grand into just repairs and I live on a disibility income. I am heartbroken that the world has people like the owner of this company responsible for putting FAMILY'S into a vehicle. My engine cradle came unscrewed only about 50 feet from getting off the expressway a week after they did their dirt on it and went as far as tearing my engine apart and telling me to take down my bad review or they wouldn't fix it and it wasn't even 2 years in. Do not go here please spare yourself the stress.

I went there a couple of months ago and didn't have a down payment big enough but Andy really broke everything down for me and explained it. Today I went back with a larger down payment and drove off the lot in my new to me car. They're so helpful and patient. Kind and respectful. I will not do business with another dealership. You have a customer for life!

I wouldn’t get my car worked on anywhere else. They’re extremely patient, caring, and great at what they do. Nobody ever wants to work on my car anywhere else due to it being a smaller diesel. These guys are willing to help no questions asked without leaving you broke

The owners very unprofessional, he cares more about a few little dog hairs that I couldn't get out using anything, from the minute I got there it was shown that Jim only cares about making money instead of training his detailer and then firing him on the second day.
Edit: I got fired yesterday, I got a call from Andy so I ignored it. So they called my emergency contact just trying to harass us.

The Owner has shown to be good businessman and cares about his company and not just the vehicles he sells but the customers as well. Unforeseen circumstances have happend and I had some trouble with the vehicle I purchased. Jim stepped in right away to help me get it taken care of. His employees have all shown care and concern as well which I really appreciate after making such a big purchase with them! I hope to continue to do business for myself, family and friends with Clio auto mall!

We bought a 2016 Suburban here, the vehicle was a great deal considering how much other lots charge for similar vehicles. Jim was absolutely fabulous he made the process so easy and fast. Sold me a terrain with a manifold that was cracked but they decided to weld it. When I called and tried to negotiate a deal due to the hassle of having to replace a part that I essentially bought on this car BROKEN with no knowledge of it. The admitted that they sold it to me like that. They refused to reimburse me the money for JUST the part. I didn’t ask for free labor. They told me I should have brought my car there to get looked at. Hahaha why so they could weld the crack again? Funny.

hello, first and foremost. I’m sorry I haven’t responded to your calls. Maybe it’s the HOLIDAYS and I’m busy. Unlike you I’m not receiving a check regarding this situation so unfortunately I haven’t been able to prioritize it. In the midst of all of this I’ve also been trying to figure out my warranty, gather my paperwork and explore my legal options. You can try to beat around your sparse bush all you’d like but you admitted on the phone that you sold me the car with a welded manifold and I have witnesses. Instead of paying for the repair like you rightfully should have you chose to conduct bad business. I didn’t bring my car to my scheduled appointment with you for this exact reason. I took it to a certified mechanic. That’s who took this picture of my manifold and I have all the receipts. You wouldn’t have told me the manifold was welded. YOU SOLD ME THE CAR DUH. My machine is also more than willing to back up my claim. You can tell by the weld job alone that it’s A. More than a year old. B. It was done by someone without experience. I’m not even sure why you’re still calling me and bothering me about this or trying to back you claim in my review. Maybe it’s because 70 people seen this photo. ??♀️ You guys already said you weren’t helping me.. it’s already been fixed and I have a warranty.
