My daughter got a second ear piercing. The lady who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was fantastic, I had called some local tattoo/piercing shops and they were way overpriced compared to Claire's.

Pickup does a horrible job. They don't care the order in which you arrive and the phone number the sign says to call is pointless. I was first parked, first to call the number but three other cars after me received service before I was even spoken to.

I won't even give a star due to going in and buying three sets and the lady telling me it's buy three and get three free we added our three up either way it came up to 38.97 and we were charged $54.03 and didn't even get the right nose rings we wanted she sold us the wrong one and wouldn't listen until she cashed us out then told us there is no exchanges after fully cashing out.. I will never shop there again.. left feeling like I got robbed!!!!
