“Needed a tire for my daughter's car. Called and they said $60. I went up there and was in and out. No wait time. They had me pull into the bay and I was done in 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and pointed out an issue I should address with the front end as it looked dangerous. They didn't try to sell me anything extra, but suggest I have a mechanic look at it. Took it to my mechanic who said it needed front end work and was unsafe to drive (it's my daughter's car so I was clueless as I don't drive it). Definitely appreciate the heads up! Took it here because my daughter had a bad experience with discount tire (she spent several hundred dollars and I had to go up there because they took advantage of her not knowing better). Appreciate the honesty and the zero wait time. Definitely will recommend and use in the future.”

“I went in for a wheel alignment. Chris and his technicians did an inspection on my vehicle and found that I needed ball Joints on both sides and an alignment could not be done. I appreciate the insection and knowledge of what my vehicle needed.

“I have been to this discount tire twice in the past few months. I had an appointment both times. The first time, I had had a flat tire, and I ended up getting four new tires that day. The second time, I had a screw in my tire and it needed a repair. Both times, the staff were very professional, I waited a very minimal amount of time, and they did an excellent job. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else unless I absolutely couldn’t get to this place.”
“Fabulous experience! Took my 2021 Edge in for The Works. They picked up my vehicle at my office and dropped it back to me once the work was finished. How convenient! They were prompt and kept me informed every step of the way. I even gave them a challenge and they stepped right up. I asked them to reset my keypad code. When they asked what the old code was, I told them I’ve never knew what it was. They went out of their way to dig up the files and find the old code! I appreciate Connie for her outstanding and excellent customer service. She really went to the extra mile. Thank you again. Been a customer of Dorian for years and will continue to be so.”

“Went into their shop and spoke with Nick. He was very knowledgeable and really helped me out when I was in a pinch with my car. I was getting ready to go on vacation and my tie rod snapped. The team here took my car in quickly and did great work for a very good price. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their car! I’ll be going back soon to get a set of 4 tires from them.”
