Once they got the money they don’t answer the phone anymore
Been trying to get hold of them for month they keep saying will call u back and no call back I don’t recommend this place because lack of communication and bad customer service experience.

It was a smooth transaction with Robert at the Appliance Plug. When we had doubts about the purchase we made for the Amana refrigerator, Robert measured it again to see if it would fit and it would not meet our measurements, so we decided on the GE Refrigerator. On Wednesday, the 28 th of July, the crew called and let us know when they would be there. They were very professional! Christian even helped us with something in the bathroom. He stayed till it worked out! Great crew! We would go with them again! I called today to get make and model of our fridge. The door busted, he didn't have anything listed or know the model number nor did he give me anyone to help us out.

Checking out big box stores prices for a washer was just to much, ran across Appliance 4 less and found exactly what I needed and the price I could afford. Customer service was great!

My delivery was delayed by two days with very little communication. Luckily, the delivery guys were great. They were very helpful and apologetic for my stove being delivered late and the delivery man Cincinnati was extremely helpful and went above and beyond his job. I don’t know if I will buy from the store again, but the delivery guys were great.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!We purchased a refrigerator from Appliances 4 Less and it broke within 3 weeks! 3 months later they brought another unit out and THAT BROKE IN 72hrs!I have been without a working refrigerator for 5 MONTHS!!!They DO NOT stand by their “Warranty”.To “fix” the 2nd broken unit had a friend who did a literal hack job! I know this because we have spent our own money having Appliance professionals come out and see if they can fix it!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM APPLIANCES 4 LESS!!!Kelly Masters the owner is NOT a person of their word. Rob his sales associate likes to act like a tough guy and scare you! This place should be shut down for FRAUDULENT practices!
