They are nice and friendly, asked any questions and they answer . Let me know about the specials they offered and applied them to what I was having done. Jay kept me informed on all that was happening with my car. Very pleased.

Went in for an oil change and Tire rotation on my 2023 Nissan rogue. Jay at the service desk was very polite and pleasant to work with. I was in and out in less than an hour, and the waiting room was very comfortable with the complementary beverages. The service packages that they offer are competitively priced compared to other dealerships in the local area.

I had a great experience at Nissan on Hall Rd last week getting an oil change! Jay Garcia was very courteous and professional, explaining what needed to be done in the future without pressuring me. Clean, bright, comfortable waiting area. I was offered cold water while I waited, and the wait was shorter than anticipated.

Due to how much I drive, I've only had my new car for a month and already needed my first oil change. So I went back to the dealership where I purchased it. And once again the customer service here is great. From the phone call to make the appointment with Bella, to arrival at the shop and being treated with respect, I was very happy with the service. Everything was explained to me as far as what maintenance Nissan suggest at what intervals, and nothing was forced on me. They even fixed the little rattle that I had because of these wonderful Michigan roads. Thankfully it ended up just being an exhaust pipe mounting bracket that loosened up. The shop was super clean and so was the customer waiting area. I was in and out in under an hour, that was a full service oil change and then I'm taking the car for a test drive find out what was rattling, fixing the problem, test-driving it again and giving it back to me. I will definitely use this dealership for any further service on my vehicle and oil changes. I suggest you do as well!!!
