Was in accident and Nicks Towing took my car to their impound!! Now owe $295 + $30 each day. Dispatcher "BRIAN" is very RUDE!!! They want me to sign over title and then that's it for a $5000 car!!! I am going to see if I can find a LAWYER!!!

I would never use this towing service again. i called because i had a flat tire and need it towed, they told me on the phone it would be 30 min. they showed up 2 hours later and the driver was rude. he told me that the price double for me complaining about the wait time. i called the office to complain and someone name lenny told me i should not drive anymore since i couldn't change my tire because i was to old to drive. i am 91 years old and got treated like this. what a way to treat the elderly.

These people are rude and I will never ever use there service again. I still can't believe to go across the street $78. There was a new person who helped who said you could of just chanced it but I was scared because I was driving on the rim. They need to work on their customer service skills, you don't have to be rude when someone needs sole help.
