Recently had my Ram in for hail damage and had a large dent on the passenger door pulled and painted. I was skeptical with the passenger door dent repair because the truck is 11 years old and getting a paint match on bright red paint is difficult. They did an excellent job pulling, paint matching, and blending. They also went above and beyond and got other dents out that I didn’t think would be covered when doing the hail repair. Truck looks better than when I bought it. I now park on the empty side of parking lots to avoid door dings.

Recently had work done through my insurance company at Lakeside Collision the entire experience was WONDERFUL. The staff was very helpful, and professional and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. Keep up the great customer care.

Made appointment in September for late November repair, Still did not have a part, but took our truck anyway. Took twice as long as they quoted to repair it because of the part. We would rather have made another appointment when they actually had the part. Also, replaced the windshield without getting permission from the insurance company and expected us to pay for it, with no permission from us that we would pay for it out of pocket. It was only a couple of chips, would not have approved it. Wouldn't give us the truck until I got our insurance company involved. There was a woman in the front office that was really rude and the service guy was very rude on the phone. Would never recommend or go back to this place.

I’m sure my car will be fixed just fine and I know this is a busy season for collisions but my original timeframe I was given was 2.5 weeks. It’s been a month now and my rental from my insurance company is up tomorrow. So I called to see how much longer it would be and I was told it would be another month as my parts have arrived but they haven’t even put it in the garage and said others are still ahead of my car which i understand but it still sucks. Now I have to pay another grand on top of getting my car fixed on paying for a rental because I’m now left without a car for another month. Wouldn’t have even left this review as I do understand this is a busy time of year for y’all, but the lady on the phone was so rude to me when I was just trying to get information and even hung up on me mid sentence which I really did not appreciate and is my reason for even leaving this review. Get a new receptionist and you’ll have a lot more happy customers. As for your mechanics, from other reviews it seems their cars have been fixed perfectly and I’m sure once mine is done it will be perfect. This review would have been 4 starts if it wasn’t for that rude lady on the phone!

I've used Lakeside on three occasions, one for hood painting from wear and tear on my 2008 Ford Taurus X and two times for collision repair. I have a 2011 Nissan Murano and I have a 1992 Dodge Stealth that needed extensive front end damage repair and they were able to find all the parts and match the pearl white paint so that it looked like new. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and every time they kept to the timing and estimate for the repair and informed me of their progress while they had my car. They worked so well with my insurance company State Farm that they never questioned or disputed the estimate and paid Lakeside directly. So I leave this review disappointed more than usual for a bad review because the guy that "took care" of me is supposed to be my dad's "friend". I highly doubt he didn't know they hit my door and tried to hide it.A deer smashed the side of my truck in Nov and they couldn't get to it until March (not that big of a deal cause it was still drivable). We set up a date to bring it in and said they'd have it for a week. They knew I wasn't going to have a rental and after I brought it in, it sat in the lot for 2.5 days before it was brought in (2 days I could've been using it). They ended up having it for 1.5 weeks.Went to pick it and didn't notice anything wrong at first. Then I noticed that the door handle on the passenger side rear door is very loose and not the way it was before I brought it in. I had to take the panel of and redo it to fix it.I then noticed a lot of rattling coming from my driver side front door (that wasn't even to be worked on).Further inspection showed my window motor almost falling off from loose bolts and screws. Then I noticed the paint on the other side of the door was definitely redone and quite poorly (it's not even gloss like the rest of the door). I'm guessing they hit my door while it was in their shop and they tried to hide it and not tell me. They probably removed my motor to pull the dent out and didn't even put it back in fully.Needless to say I had to fix that myself too because the last thing I was gonna do was bring it back to them to do it.If you absolutely have to bring your vehicle here I suggest making sure they know you'll be doing a FULL inspection of your vehicle before paying them. Don't make the same mistake I did or just save yourself the trouble. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Drove off the site, went home, turned on car the next day: dead battery. Called them to ask if they had to jump start the battery before delivery and they said, "no" - This is clearly a lie since the dealer stated the battery was completely drained.Rear windshield wiper was mounted in reverse, potentially damaging new paint job; luckily, we did not need to utilze the wipers untill they fixed it. Have to admit they agreed to fix it as soon as battery issue was resolved.Overall, this took us 2 extra days before vehicle was usable which is not acceptable and we had to utilize a day off work to get this all accomplished costing us much more time and money than we should have had to spend.I don't believe this shop has a quality control person(s) inspecting not just body work, but ensuing all systems are fully functional post repairServices: Painting
