After being referred through my vehicle warranty company that Greatwater 360 Auto Care was one of my sellections, and after talking to Brian, the shop manager and visiting the shop which was only a 15 minute drive from my residence, I was overly pleased and confident that I was in good hands. What initially impressed me was how clean the shop was inside and out. Brian the shop manager and George, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, were professional, nice and a joy to work with. What really impressed me is that they do a very detail analysis of what’s wrong with your vehicle to include photos. I have never visited a shop that goes completely out of their way to be transparent and attention to detail, when it comes to troubleshooting and fixing your vehicle. I will not hesitate in the future to bring my vehicle back for future repairs.

Always amazing service. Full vehicle inspection is in depth with pictures and tells you priority repairs and other things that can be done down the road. Been going here since it was Kozaks for various things on different vehicles

Have visited this shop several times over the past year (muffler replacement, windshield wiper blades replacement, headlight bulb replacement) also plan on visiting for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Prior to visiting here I have mainly gone to dealerships for vehicle maintenance and repairs, overall I wasn't happy with the service I received. Pricing here has been higher than the dealerships, but the service in comparison is much better. UPDATE.... Return visit on 2/9 for routine oil change and tire rotation and also recommended service cleaning the fuel system. Great crew with Brian, Mike, and George. Appreciated the 20% off for my return visit after deferring service my last visit. Special thanks to Mike whom did the work and accommodated my request to keep the driver seat in the position that was set and did not move it when bringing the vehicle in and out of the work area AND when doing a test drive after the fuel system cleaning. It was much appreciated, past requests of the same at the dealerships were balked at and ignored. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Had a great experience with GreatWater 360 Auto Care. Brian gave superb Customer Service. Very detailed about work needed, costs and future work. Went above and beyond to find me what i needed for the repairs. Mechanic was awesome too! Thank you.

They also did an oil change and full inspection and showed me pictures of some parts that are showing wear and tare. Brian said the parts are ok for now but will need replacement in the future he gave me the report with pictures and my warranty is going to be used for the repairs. ?Services: Transmission

Brian is "my guy" that has given me nothing but 5 star service and has backed up his service warranty perfectly. Looking for somewhere to take your car this is the place I recommend to anyone. He performed a complete performance exhaust job from the headers all the way back for me and it's been great!
