I had my children's birthday party at Imperial lanes, it was an exceptional experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the woman in the bar area getting us pitchers of water and pop, she was amazing! Food was great and when I was an idiot and left without paying the rest of the bill, they kindly called and made me feel like less of an idiot showing their understanding and knowing it was a busy day. I would recommended Imperial Lanes to everyone!

Decent prices, clean, good food.
The thing that tipped it over the bar that made me want to write a review was that I was accidentally double charged at my last visit and when I called and talked to Joe in accounting, he dug into it for me and within an hour of my original call had found the documentation and issued a refund.
