This shop is the best. Every time I have had to have my vehicle serviced they do an excellent job. Customer service is great and responsive to your questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this auto shop for your vehicle needs.

I was a walk in to Groesbeck Auto Care. I was greeted with a big smile and a warm welcome. The gentleman at the counter was more than helpful!! Fixed my car with no appointment! I was not treated any differently because I was a woman like most places do. My car is working perfectly now!! Thank you so much for your great service! God Bless!! I would recommend this company any day!!

What a shop! I recently needed a transmission in my 2020 F150, conveniently enough this place is about 5 minutes from my house so I thought I'd give them a shot!First and foremost - everyone was great. Logan was the shop manager who took care of me throughout the process, and kept me notified daily (at least) of any concerns or issues that arose. The techs preforming the work were clearly very knowledgeable, and worked quickly to complete my project. Diagnosis happened within hours, quote shortly after, and parts were in within 2 days. I could tell that my truck was in good hands with them.Overall, the project was done to my satisfaction, in less time than originally quoted, and under the quoted price. I will send anyone I know their way when they're having car issues. Highly recommend!

Lied about their availability and how soon they could get the car fixed, terrible communication and took advantage of the fact that I was a woman on my own stranded. Told me it was $140 for a diagnostic but that it would get taken off the total if I proceeded to do the repairs. I said okay knowing that the problem wasn’t going to be a crazy laborious one. I was the one that had to keep calling for updates and when I would call they were never on the same page about what was being done to my car. After the supposed “diagnostic” they ran they told me I was having issues with my sensors and some wiring and it would be a quote of $600 INCLUDING the $140 diagnostic because of “extra labor”. When I called later for another update they said they were not sure exactly what the problem was still and that they were still in the process of taking things out of my car to see what the “real issue was” why would you say you diagnosed my car with a set quote then later say now after tearing my car up that you don’t actually know what’s wrong, are now delaying me a whole weeks of travels, and now the price is not even set in stone. I towed my car out of there as quick as I could and they still tried to charge me $280 without even a set diagnostic. Luckily I got it back down to $140 even though I still feel like I was scammed and this was all a complete waste of time.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE THE TYPE TO SCAM WOMEN AND FOREIGNERS! Not only did they Lie about there availability so we could bring our car to them, they also lied about them knowing what was wrong with it. They tried to lock us into the fix which would have had us stuck for the holidays even though they claimed they had the time. All around terrible communication and terrible staff! We would be stuck if it wasn’t for God family and friends, thank God we didn’t get our car fixed here. Canceled it mid diagnostic and towed it out of there!

Very shady liars! Take your vehicle elsewhere! I was told my girlfriends exhaust manifold had a crack in it and it would be over $1,000 to fix it, when asked to see the crack they proceeded to tell us they never actually saw it…. Wanted $400 to put a few bolts back together that were “broken” … they were in fact NOT broken. Almost as if they had no clue how the exhaust works. Once I left, a different shop fixed it correctly for $80!They also never told us about the $70 diagnostic fee until after the car was in the shop, which I didn’t have a problem with anyways as I thought it’d be a simple fix (which at a different place, it was) They really dodged a bullet as I easily could’ve had police involved to get our keys back as I didn’t sign a thing.To diagnose the vehicle they did nothing. Didn’t put it on a hoist or anything. Just looked.

I would never suggest anyone to come here. We came in today to get my exhaust fixed, my exhaust disconnected from my exhaust manifold and all it needed was to be essentially bolted back on, we came in and told them that, they let us know about the $70 diagnostic charge AFTER they already had my car back in the shop, I didn’t sign anything for them to legally have permission to work on my vehicle or anything, we waited about 20 minutes and they informed me that my exhaust manifold was cracked, and that it would be a $1,100-1,400 fix. I asked if they could show me the crack so they took me to my car and proceeded to shine a flashlight to “show me” and I wasn’t completely sure if that was a crack or not so we went back to the advisor and he let me know financing options, I definitely don’t have those funds so we asked if they could just bolt it back on and not worry about the manifold and they told me that it would cost $400, for them to just bolt it it back together. So, after finding that out I was considering doing the financing option to fix the whole manifold for $1,100 but I wanted to be sure that the manifold was cracked so I asked the advisor if the mechanic could put it back on the hoist to show me the crack. The advisor then proceeded to tell me that they NEVER VISUALLY CONFIRMED THAT MY MANIFOLD WAS EVEN CRACKED!!! So they were LYING to me beforehand trying to “show me” the crack knowing that I wouldn’t even “see it”. I was absolutely livid, I tried to see if they could at least give me a discount for the $70 diagnostic fee and they declined and I still paid the $70 and that’s when they gave me the paperwork to sign for them to work on my car. They were about to rob me of my money not even knowing what was wrong with my car. BEWARE. I took my car to a different mechanic and they fixed it for $80.Service: Exhaust

My 2007 Honda Ridgeline was serviced for a leak. One morning I woke to an 8 foot circle of fluid which GAC determined was transmission fluid. They determined the problem and fixed it. I was so pleased with them I added a routine timing belt removal and replacement.Its been 30 days since all this work was completed and I'm happy to report all is well. I recommend this company but don't give 5 stars due to their pricing being high and I was charged for new windshield wiper blades but they didn't replace them.Services: Transmission
