i was scheduled to receive a package, needing a sigature by 3:10 today june 1. my last 4 tracking numbers were4630. it never arrived in time; i had to rebook a dr's appt that took months to get, as i am very ill and i never received a phone call that it was going to be delivered by 8:00 pm tonight.

If I could them negative stars I would. We had priority shipping and they lied and said they came to the house to deliver the package. We stayed at home all day waiting by the door because we had to sign for the package. I think they stole my package I'm going to drive a half hour to this facility to hopefully get it. Worst customer service and I will never use FedEx ever again.

I got yelled at by someone working in the back after I was by someone at the front desk to back into the bay to unload my truck. The guy was overly aggressive towards me for no reason. I hope that guy gets fired.

Clearly the delivery drivers don't care or they are incompetent. For the third time in three months FedEx attempted to deliver a "Must be present for delivery" package to this rear, unmanned, unmarked door in the alley behind my business during business hours. Instead of delivering it to the manned, clearly marked (with a street address, company name and logo) entrance on the front of the building. The driver had to drive through the alley around the side of the building and directly past the aforementioned front entry. I have the whole thing on camera ... ugh! We paid for next day shipping and FedEx has no way to contact anybody. They provide the same lousy service as the post office at three times the price!

Well for starters I get a phone call while I am at work and walking out with boxes in my hands and I get a phone call telling me that I need to come pick up this package immediately. I was not expecting any package so I really needed to figure out what it was. Everybody was so unfriendly and so unkind. I am a nurse and I am kind to everybody I meet. The customer service there is the absolute worst. Three women working there not one was compassionate or gave any SHI*! No I did not have a tracking number because I did not expect a package. Their tone was condescending and rude. Everybody acted like I had two heads on my shoulders. When really I am just a scared single mom working my butt off. Have two children at home with Covid. And they could give to SHI*less. Unbelievable Merry Christmas to them. Maybe a little kindness could be in order because most times People are struggling and & we don't always know what they are going through.why can't we just help everybody!?!

Absolutely terrible to deal with all calls routed out of the country to a call center that is zero help my package has been out for delivery for 4 days still nothing use anyone but fedex

Like the others, this fed ex location is AWFUL. Package was supposed to be delivered Monday. They claim the business (my house) is "closed" but of course they never came here. Fedex reps at the 800 number have told me various things, but the last one (the third call and 5th person I spoke to) called the location and they ignored her too. She thinks maybe they haven't unloaded the container that arrived days ago. I think maybe they saw a shipment from Apple and decided to keep the phone (jokes on them, its an older model) I'm furious and frustrated. I wish there was a way I could keep packages from being routed through that location because this happens EVERY time something goes there -- including pre pandemic. Obviously FedEx doesn't care enough to solve this long standing issue.

This location ALWAYS LIES about making a delivery attempt but they have not really made one. We have complained to fedex corporate office but it is of no use. The last time we had a 'delivery attempt failed' and went to pick up the package, the entire staff disappeared for at least 15 minutes leaving the front office unattended! Terrible customer service - I don't even know why they exist anymore!

This is the absolute worst delivery service I have ever used. Their website says one thing and the representatives tell you the complete opposite. This has gay with the last four deliveries I've received.

I know things are strained with COVID right now and I try really hard to have patience with that in mind but getting ahold of someone here in terms of getting a package is really difficult.
