At 5:30 AM this morning elite was picking up a car across the street from my house. The driver used my driveway to make his job easier. I had no problem at all with him using my drive. My issue is that he drove on my lawn. He moved my garage container such that it would not be picked you this morning. At 5:45 I leave for work he was loaded and talking to the neighbor. I was in my truck lights on trying to leave my driveway and could not. I waited five minutes then I had to get out and move my recycle bin so I could exit my driveway. He could have simply pulled up ten feet to let me out.

Receptionist is very rude, as well as the driver. My car was at an auto care shop that I parked at because I got a flat tire in the middle of the night and my insurance called the service to come to my car and they informed me I did not need to be there when I asked. The tow truck driver showed up and did not even call me himself and had the auto care shop called me to tell me they need my keys and need me to be there. I told them I would be on my way and I came as fast as I could mind you I live 20 minutes away from the shop. Elite Calls me, and it’s a girl who was also very rude and treated me as if I purposely wasn’t there. I gave her my ETA and she told me the driver Was already told 10 minutes and it’s been 10 minutes and I informed her that I never spoke with the driver or said I was 10 minutes away. I said I was on the way. My ETA ended up being one minute late and I called Elite to tell them I was at the light in front of the shop. The driver left and I called elite again to inform them that the driver left and she told me yeah because he was waiting and I informed her I called her for a reason when I was at the light only one minute over my ETA. She Argued back that he called me at 11:30 AM to tell me he was there. I informed her the driver did not call me at all and then she goes if he sends me his call logs. I will see that he didn’t call you? And I said yes, I was very insulted She kept insinuating that I was being dishonest. She placed me on hold to confirm this. She never came back to the call and the driver ended up coming back and did not speak to me at all even though I apologize and told him that the insurance told me I did not need to be there, he didn’t say a word to me, except for I need the keys. I’ve never had to deal with such rude and unprofessional services

LEFT ME STRANDED FOR HOURS WHEN THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 1 HOUR WAIT. STAFF IS RUDE, TOXIC AND VILE. AVOID THIS COMPANY

The night of January 13 2023, the snowstorm was happening my son called for a tow truckIt not only took him seven hours to get to my son, but after he got out here to where my son was at, my son uses a fob to start his car. He lost the fob. The tow truck driver said if I would’ve known you lost I would’ve never picked your car up. I would’ve left it where it sits he brought my son back to the house he pulled the car into the driveway and my car was sitting there, he backed the car up and almost hit my car within 2 inches My son was yelling at him don’t back the tow truck up anymore. You’re gonna hit my mother’s car and he just kept coming and finally stopped. He got out of the tow truck and said fine. My son came back out and said you cannot park the car here. My mother can’t get out of the driveway. He said where I park. Your car is where I’m gonna leave it. I walked out of the house and I told him you cannot park the car here he says where I park. It is where I’m gonna leave it in that it I said excuse me he said you heard me, I said you cannot park that car he said oh well So he took Chains off the tow truck and was rattling Them yelling and screaming, making all this noise was waking. The neighbors up. This was like 2 o’clock in the morning people was looking outside, so my son came in. Got my keys to move the my Back, I told my son you have to move the car forward so I can see where the dog does his business the tow truck driver says try using your wipers jerk He And he was yelling this and he decided to leave mind you there was neighbors. There was me, and my son that had seen this.If I ever need a tow truck, I will never use elite and it’s a shame that I have to make such a bad complaint against the company

waited for hours after being told an hour to 45mins, when I called back told same thing each hour then was put on hold waiting waiting and waiting ?

listen to the reviews, 7 hours I've been waiting! when I called looong after the 2 hour time frame she was rude and said "2 hours were busy cause of the weather!" what?? it snowed 4 days ago the weather is fine! awful service I have been more then patient as o only called them once to get an era update

Just wanted people to know that this company was contacted via my insurance company to provide roadside assistance and tow my car. They said they were on their way to my location, and then sent a text message 30 minutes later saying they were unable to provide assistance. No reason given whatsoever. Left me completely stranded. Report made to BBB.

Some troglodyte left a dark brick in the middle of the road, which led to me ripping a front tire on it. Luckily, I called roadside assistance, which connected me to an Elite Roadside employee, Alex. He got to my location super fast, was extremely professional, and had me back on the road with my spare within 10 minutes. Much appreciated!

Didn't even try to find my address. I was waiting outside, when it said they arrived and no tow truck was there, I literally walked around trying to find him with my phone. When I found him, on a street that didn't even lead to my house, he looked right at me, didn't stop and left. So I called and was told they'd be back hours later, to late to get it to the shop before they closed. They were no where near where my home shows up on the GPS and not once did someone call me for assistance if they couldn't find it. Apparently they do not have the any sort of google maps or GPS for their drivers cause if doordash can find me it can't possibly be that hard. They never actually towed my car, cause I told them not to bother coming back and called a competent company(who had no issue finding my house). Just warning you, if you're not blocking traffic in the middle of a main road where you can't be missed or don't want to wait a day, call somewhere else.Service: Car towing

Bottom line don't go here!!! Please it's been 5 almost 6hrs after a 2hr ETA I cannot believe I'm still waiting on a tow truck at this time a night. ALONE there's no way my insurance sent us this company. I'm going to make sure everybody knows what happened today with this company. Completely unacceptable.

Losers! Gave an ETA of 120 to 150 minutes and wanted over an hour to cancel the tow and then we had to find another company and start the process of waiting again. Don’t accept the tow in the first place if it’s not lucrative enough for you!

Had elite towing provide transportation for my truck from the dealership in Clinton township to a repair shop in Mt clemems. Drive for elite was unprofessional in his work ethic and rude to myself, didn't take responsibility for the hood on the truck pop open. No sorry for this, acted like o well attitude towards me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ELITE TOWING!!!Service: Car towing
