Took my car there for an insurance job.It was a well payout. It looks like they prepped the vehicle outside, paint has runs in it. Looks like a 4 year old assembled the vehicle back together. Didn't put badges back on. Not even a year later the paint is already chipping. Will never take a vehicle there again.

My rear quarter panel was damaged in a parking lot. I had contacted another repair shop who said they would do the work but once they saw the small insurance check they stopped returning my calls. I received Brandon's number from the Jim Riehl dealerships. I called on a Monday morning, left a message. I received a call back within a few minutes. I was able to drop my car off that evening and I picked it up Thursday evening. The repair is perfect! Brandon returned everyone of my text messages and made me feel like my little insurance check was just as important as his next paying customer. I am very happy! Thank you again!!Service: Body & Trim

Took my car here for repair and they spoke as if they knew what they were doing but the work was poor and the knowledge of basic collision principles to repair a vehicle were lacking. I wonder what type of work was performed for the customers that gave 5 stars because there is no way the team that performed my work could provide 5 star service. They billed the insurance company for work that was not performed and there were too many issues to believe this team is capable of 5 stars. I took the vehicle back to have them correct the issues and I ended up with more issues than originally identified. Some examples include peeling paint, water leaking inside the vehicle, broken trim panels, missing bolts for trailer hitch, broken grommets where electrical wiring route outside the vehicle, short cuts on vehicle safety features and so much more. I lost all confidence in having them perform any repairs and had to get repaired on my own. I added pictures of some of the issues.
