Service here is friendly and fast! They never try to "hustle" or upcharge for anything, and will shoot you straight about whatever is going on with your car.
I went here for all my oil changes, etc. from 1999-2010. Excellent and economical services *every single time*!
Then I changed jobs, wasn't in the neighborhood all the time, and stopped going there. Today, I went back there for an oil change and "Joe", or Mr. "Bass", was still managing the shop, hustling/working hard, and making certain his bright attitude shined on his customers...
I live about 15 minutes away, and inside I was kicking myself for not continuing to patronize his shop. Definately worth the short drive, I was thinking, or making it a thing when I'm in the 16/Harper area. So I'll continue going there, and encourage you to do the same...
Guess that's why I decided to write a mini-novel about an oil change shop. But hopefully, it'll convince at least one person to give it a try!

“After being referred through my vehicle warranty company that Greatwater 360 Auto Care was one of my sellections, and after talking to Brian, the shop manager and visiting the shop which was only a 15 minute drive from my residence, I was overly pleased and confident that I was in good hands. What initially impressed me was how clean the shop was inside and out. Brian the shop manager and George, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, were professional, nice and a joy to work with. What really impressed me is that they do a very detail analysis of what’s wrong with your vehicle to include photos. I have never visited a shop that goes completely out of their way to be transparent and attention to detail, when it comes to troubleshooting and fixing your vehicle. I will not hesitate in the future to bring my vehicle back for future repairs.”

“I took my 2015 chysler 200 in for brakes and tires and it was a great experience. Everyone tells me how great the dealers are but they love to screw you and repair what they don't have to. EJ's explained everything to me and after the estimate there was no call backs either suppose charges. They didn't do any gimmicks like pull out some Trans fluid and show me me the color and smell and say it needs to be repaired. Or use the 3 floating balls thing. Anyways I just really like the honest service and the fait work. I will be a customer for life.”

“Just picked up my Chrysler Town and Country yesterday mid evening . My tie rod snapped and several other things. My tires are bald so I just drove home til I get new tires today. “I do most of my own mechanical work, but this place makes having your oil changed so convenient that I just don't do it myself.
While you get you filter/oil changed they check out the air filter, tire pressure, wipers, trans fluid, and top up your washer solvent. They're even nice to my dog (who just loves riding in the truck).
They do a great job at such a reasonable price, it just doesn't make sense to get your hands, garage floor, or your driveway dirty.”
“Recently took my Pontiac G6 into them with issues that frightened me, (no one likes car issues that sound expensive, like literal sounds lol), I picked the establishment on a whim because they are close to my job and had all 5-star reviews, and they were AMAZING!! My car was fixed extremely fast, they were the best communicators, professional and amazingly priced. this was the first time I felt at ease dropping my car off to a shop and not wanting to call every 5 minutes. He even took the time to explain what the issue was with the car and made it make sense in layman terms. Hopefully I don't have more car issues for a very long time, but if I do, I will absolutely take it back to them.”

His prices are fair. It's not a very large garage. sometimes it may take period of time to get your vehicle back but you know that when your car is there it's going to be well taken care of. Walked me through step by step what to do, how to handle with my insurance, when I could schedule the work…Shawn stayed 100% true to his word had me in and out in a week. Great work, truck came back cleaner all around when then when I dropped it off. G-Shop kept me in the loop with emails and phone calls every step of the way.
