It was like walking into my grandpas shop and talking with my uncle and cousin.The owner Mark and Alexis his daughter treat you like family. Mark is a family man who stands by his name and word but also being down to earth. He talks to you like you have known him forever and he is just an all around great guy. The work was second to none. The repairs and the paint job were so impressive that it blew my mind with how it looked when it was finished. They took a frustrating experience such as an accident and made it an easy process because you knew that you could trust them to do the job the right way. Walked me through step by step what to do, how to handle with my insurance, when I could schedule the work…Shawn stayed 100% true to his word had me in and out in a week. “If there were 10 ☆'s I would gladly give it. Over thirty years of fantastic work on mine, family, friends, and co-workers! At least if not more than 2 dozen related jobs. Could not have seen better work. I was in the automotive mechanial repair, paint,body,custom, and future car validation work for over 65 years. Took my granddaughter's car in and dropped it off Saturday. This is family owned and run. I am proud to have met these people. My Vette and Escalade have trusted and needed plans for this summer.”
“Amazing! Went for initial estimate and they were real upfront and honest and seemed to be about saving us money. Got a couple other estimates other places but this was the lowest estimate so went with them, payed for parts and waited until they were all in to get work done. Dropped off on Wednesday late morning, picked up Saturday morning but was done Friday afternoon. Price never went up either! The amount quoted was the amount we payed, plus took 200 off for paying in cash!! Car looks amazing! Did a great job! Def would recommend!Service: Body & Trim”

He had a vehicle for us to test drive that was what we were looking for. We drove around a few miles and decided to buy it. Two business days later when our finances and insurance details were finalized; we went and picked it up. Easy. Easy. Easy on all counts.”

“Came in this afternoon to purchase new bolts and a hex screwdriver to put my new license plate on the car, not only were they just great and helpful. They were so polite. They went out of their way to be that polite and it was definitely genuine which I definitely appreciate from the heart and I love to see! One of the employees helping me even offered to come outside and he actually did it all himself. I didn’t even have to lift a finger. He took the screws off took my license plate off and put my new license plate on very easy and quickly I have to say I have to get five stars awesome awesome awesome customer service definitely polite definitely knowledgeable hands-down I had a great visit no complaints in and out”
“I brought my 20 year old SUV (in good condition) in after some minor collision damage. Most shops didn't want to touch it, because the damage was to the quarter panel and there was some small rust issues. It took a minute for Rick to figure out the best way to get the collision damage fixed with my insurance company and to also address the rust. Rick did a great job doing so. Having experience in body work myself, I was completely satisfied with Rick's options. I took a fine tooth comb to the completed work and I know that his guys did the right stuff. Rick and I discussed the age of my SUV and we both had an understanding that it could pop out rust anywhere in the near future. It's something you have to understand when dealing with an older vehicle. I received my truck back and I was satisfied with the work that JM did. I even discussed having this shop do additional work for me in the future. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a body shop with integrity and does great work.Steve”
