Finding Maria's Estate Sales was heaven-sent. My Mom passed away, we were selling her home and our emotions were very high. To say Maria took care of everything is an understatement. Her expertise in enhancing the home staging with some of her own decor greatly improved the Real Estate walk through presentation. She maximized our income by using her appraisal experience to sell items of particular value from her store. Her meticulous attention to detail and her continuous updates in photos and texts were timely and informative. After the home sale and for the estate sale, Maria's professionalism was also apparent in dealing with HOA rules and neighbors. Her estate sale followers and advertising brought in many buyers. Her disposal of unsold items to charities was complete and appreciated. Finally, her cleanup after the sale was spot-on and our new owner was so impressed that she will be using Maria's Estate Sales herself. In summary, Maria's Estate Sales was not only highly professional and complete, but personally comforting and rewarding.

I had the pleasure of shopping at Maria’s Estate Sales on Friday afternoon. Maria was so welcoming and spent a great deal of time chatting with me and showing me around her very unique and beautiful store. I found what I was looking for and more! Started Christmas shopping early this year! Maria rang me up and was very generous with her bundle deal. I’m so happy I found this quaint antique store and definitely plan to return!

Maria and Mauricio were incredible to work with as we were selling our relative’s condo. They staged the home beautifully with art work, furniture, and accessories from their store since the condo’s furniture had already been given away. They recommended a fantastic real estate agent who was honest, forthright, and sold the home within a week. After it sold they cleaned out the condominium for us. The home was spotless, everything was removed and they donated any articles they thought could be used to charitable organizations. I do not know how we could have ever prepared the condominium for the sale without them. I strongly recommend their services as their work is meticulous, and they are kind, generous people to work with. I wish them continued success!!

Maria and her husband went to my late mother's house and took care of everything. She kept me informed of the whole process and I felt everything went exceptionally well. Other companies that came to my mom's house said you should just pay to have things taken away with an expense of like $1,000. Instead we earned multiple thousands of dollars with over $10k in sales. Is a great choice to go with Maria.
