Incredibly disappointed with my experience with this clinic. Called to get a quote on a neuter and was told that they cannot provide a quote over the phone. In order to get a QUOTE on a neuter, we would have to bring our cats in, and pay $110.00 just for them to be seen and verify that they're healthy and old enough to be neutered. This feels like an attempt to force a financial commitment to their practice. I understand that neuters are not a one size fit all procedure and complications could result in a higher cost. However they would not provide even a ballpark estimate so that my family could make sure we could AFFORD their fees and ensure we had payment prepared in advance. I understand that most clinics offer financing, our family does not want to go this route, we would rather pay our way than have it tied up in a credit service. If you are going to name yourself affordable you need to provide potential clients reassurance that you are in fact affordable. I cannot commit $110.00 to a clinic that can't provide me an estimate for care, and risk bringing my animals in and losing out on that $110.00 if their fee for a neuter is out of our price range.

Not happy with the office part. Had to put my furbaby down cause she was very sick. It was a hard thing to do I had very little money and I'm a single parent trying to juggle time . I couldn't afford any really nice extras to remember her by, they told me they would do paw prints and all and call me when I can pick it up . Nope, no call! no print. no footprint memory that my daughter and I were looking forward to having. I called many times with no answer. Finally got ahold of someone and it took him a few to see what happened to my dogs print that they said they would do for us. Finally gets back on phone and says they mailed it and it could have gotten lost in mail and as soon as they mail it they aren't responsible. How convenient. What happened to calling me ? Why didn't anyone answer the phone when I tried to call?
Very Disappointed ? in how people don't have more care for others feelings, our dog was part of our family and we trust someone's word and they let us down ?

If you want to be treated disrespectfully this is the place for you. Rude vet tech, actually never stepping foot in this place again because of him. They asked me when would I like to reschedule a check up and I said I don't want too because we won't be coming back and they just said ok sounds good. After reading more negative reviews I'm definitely making the right decision. Read all the one star reviews too there are a lot

I cannot say enough good things about this place! After 15 wonderful years our 'ol guy took a turn for the worse, it is never easy putting a beloved pet down but this place, especially Petrina was amazing, compassionate and understanding. Pertrina definitely made our whole experience as smooth as possible, she went over and above and we cannot thank her and the staff at Affordable Vet Care Center enough!

I highly recommend this veterinary office. They are compassionate and genuinely care about the pets. Not just the money. I took my dog here for her last three years she was alive and they were very professional, diagnosed her correctly, and sent me a sympathy card when she passed. The only complaint I have is the building was in need of updates and a little cleaning.

Love Dr. Cummings, Some of the medical assistants are nice, however they have a serious scheduling problem. While I was in there a couple other clients were complaining as well about the same thing. I had a scheduled appointment that I booked a week in advance, I got text and email notifications reminding me of my appointment which I knew because I wrote it down when I made the appointment, then the day before the appointment someone calls to remind me of my appointment time which was a completely different and later time, I explained that that was not my appointment that my appointment was earlier and she argued with me telling me no that it's not, then someone tried telling me that the doctors were on lunch at this particular time between 3:30 and 4:00 that I was the first appointment at 4:00 after their lunch, then I arrive at my appointment and they're telling me that they're behind and had to add a couple people in so now I have sat and waited for 2 and 1/2 extra hours the receptionists were nice and apologized and apparently someone keeps changing People schedules and not calling to verify or ask and they just move people around this is not the first time that this has happened so I will be starting to look elsewhere for another office and it's not because of the Vets it's because of the other staff

I was able to get my cat in very quickly for treatment of an ear infection and had a great experience with Dr. Dodge and her staff. Everyone was helpful and compassionate. Will definitely be bringing my pets here in the future!

We had to put our cat down. We have never been here before. We noticed right away that the place was clean
The staff was very sympathetic. They clearly explained the process and did what they could to make a bad day a little better. I really appreciated that.

Dr dodge was very great with my Shepard she was compassionate and informative thank you dr dodge .. Brooklyn the receptionist was sweet to my pup and very nice I'm happy I came here

Just called there and a fuel answered the phone saying "hello?". I asked if this was a veterinary clinic and she replied "yep what can we help you with?"
I said "nothing, because you didn't answer the phone properly!" And I hung up.
It's a shame, because the reviews are awesome. How one bad seed can ruin a good thing. Very sad

Love Dr.Dodge. She ❤️ treating my baby girl SuzieQ really gentle. SuzieQ loves her. She always treats SuzieQ good. We go about every 2 months. She has to get her anal glands expressed and her toe nails cut. SuzieQ is a good girl while Dr Dodge takes care of her.
